7-eleven

I just left this 7/11 which we got to EVERY day. My husband uses this location to put money on his bank card, I go there to get snacks/food for myself and my daughter. They talk to us like family. I just purchased 2 GLASS cokes, they were NOT double bagged and I did not see the two holes in the bag, I picked the bag up off the counter and one of the glass cokes fell through the hole, busted everywhere, glass got into my shoe, cut my toe, I asked him if it was okay if I went and grabbed another coke, he told me no, it was MY fault that I needed to be more careful. Would not give mt RHE managers number, was unapologetic and RUDE. Will NEVER!!!! Spend another dime at this location EVER again!!!! I thought rocky was a nice person, not after this, I am thoroughly disgusted. This was how the bag was after the incident, I didn’t even take a step, as soon as I picked them bag up, they fell through, so please explain to me how that is my fault.

Needed to add this after reading someone’s, um I have also have asked to use their restroom. It’s an employee restroom and is not meant for customers. I only asked because I really had to go. But I own a store as well, and most franchises are not allowed to let customers use employee or company bathrooms. Regardless if it’s a little girl or not, why are people so soft lol. Just accept the rules, I have let people use ours and 9/10 they leave it a complete mess and I have to clean it. Never again. Just because they don’t let you use it, doesn’t make them rude

When we walked in the store we were not greeted. The cashier seemed bothered when i asked to put in my phone number to get amd redeem my points. I had a little over 3000 points and was offered a coupon to save $2.50 and the cashier was so impatient he skipped through it and when i asked to use my coupons he didnt want to let me. So i asked to put my phone number in again amd he said i couldn't. I asked again he let me and when the coupon came up again he didnt let me use it again. Im not sure what his issue was. My fiance and i come to 7-11 everyday and spend a lot of money mostly because of the points system we save a lot of money too. The fact that the cashier was not worried about giving quality customer service and i had to ask twice and was still not able to use my points to save money really irritated me. I will never use that 7-11 ever again.

They lucky I gave them this. There was one person working and she over charged me. Then I ask about the bathroom she told me they don't have one. My daughter who is 2 years had to go. While I was there a man came from the bathroom in the back. This is my first time going to this one and look how I was treated.
