Lucky Pho Ever

Tried this Viet place for the first time today. We ordered the pho soup with meatballs and caramelized pork ribs. The flavor in the ribs and the pho was delicious. I will definitely come back to try other dishes. The service was quite slow for the lunch rush. Seems like they only had one person waiting on everyone in the restaurant. It’s also in downtown Frederick so parking is tight but 5 star for great good.

This is my new favorite pho spot!! Their food has a nice home-cooked feel, with fresh flavors and excellent service. I’m a bit of a pho veteran so they accommodate my special requests for chili oil and the like. My other tip-off that this is good Vietnamese...local Asians dine here! The first time I dined here I had the pho with the lime beef salad. Both were fantastic. Prices are very reasonable and portions are generous. Thr like beef salad is packed with colorful fresh veggies and it’s really the BEST around! Beautiful presentation too. The flavor is the best part. Their pho broth is packed full of flavor and love! The lime beef salad—which is one of my favorite things—spiced perfectly, the salad itself has crunchy, fresh veggies and herbs mixed in with the tangy, spicy lime dressing. It’s really excellent. Today I ordered the mango salad. I’d never had it before and it’s hard not getting my favorite lime beef salad but...I wanted to sample more items from the menu. This salad is colorful (bright, fresh mango with julienned red bell pepper and herbs). This was a nice change for me and I enjoyed it. Their Thai tea is made with coconut milk, and is like a nice treat to go along with my tasty dishes. I will be taking some pho broth home with me because it’s like liquid crack. The service here is friendly and they go above and beyond to make sure your dining experience is great. The restaurant is clean and decorated nicely (tile floors, fresh bright colors on the walls). Bathrooms were clean. Previous reviews knocked the chairs and table...one mentioned a roach on the table (which sounds far fetched!). This place is definitely clean. This place is by far my new favorite Vietnamese place, even though they don’t have Bahn Mi (Vietnamese sammiches) on their menu. Still, the good quality and flavors are so good!

Good food and great service. We loved the Mango Chicken and the Vietnamese Crepe. The kid portions were generous and my seven year old loved the Vermacelli with Chicken and my picky 4 year old gobbled up her chicken fried rice, especially grateful to the waiter who asked if we wanted the veggies served on side (so thoughtful!). My husband originally ordered the Special fried rice, which he was not impressed by. But the waiter took it back with no hesitation and quickly replaced it with the Mango Chicken, which was great.

Ordered lucky pho ever combo, plain fried rice, and house pho. Everything was so delicious! My bf loved it despite his initial apprehension. He made the mistake of over estimating his Asian spice tolerance and added too much sauce in the beginning lol. I recommend beginners to add more sauce as you go and not all at once in the beginning . 10/10 amazing food

I have probably tried at least 50 places for Pho. This one is the best hands down. It’s a nice, small establishment. So much so that you feel like your in a Vietnamese home. The staff is very friendly and the service is above and beyond. My daughters and I go there whenever we can. She attends school in MD. I will be very sad when she graduates as we live in PA. I love you guys.
