We spent about 2 1/2 hours for dinner. The service was great. It was an experience for my family. We would do it again! The manager kept checking on us making sure we were having a great experience. He even gave us garlic wine for free and coupons to use for next time

The Melting Pot is a fun, unique experience. The ingredients are top rate. The service is great. If you have never gone before don't worry, the staff will guide you through the entire fondue cooking experience. Take some friends... This is a unforgettable experience. Wow! You won't leave hungry!

This was our 1st time going..
The cheese fondue was my favorite part!
We got the turtle chocolate pot for dessert, that was also really yummy.
I'd skip cooking your own meat/veggie part...

Over the top experience for Valentines Day. Great ambiance, excellent service from Jessica. Well worth the $90 each prix fixe 5 course meal. Really first class.

Great food,professional staff. I was a little shocked that I was served raw, cold, bloody meat. I wasn’t aware that I was expected to boil it myself. I didn’t like that part, but the rest was great.

We visited the Melting Pot in Fredericksburg for my husband's birthday and it was fantastic. We brought our two teenagers who seem to never enjoy themselves and even they had a great time. The experience, the customer service and the food were all on point. The meal was tasty and there was plenty. We were so sad we couldn't finish all of the dessert. I have to make note that our server was super attentive and knowledgeable. The fact that management came over not once but twice to ensure we were satisfied is a clear indication of how much they care about their customers. We will definitely be back, especially for the Flaming Turtle 😋!

Me and my boyfriend were so happy and excited to come here for our first time. I was so satisfied with everything the food and everything and I’m happy how the the whole thing turned out and they were so nice and helpful with all the questions me and my boyfriend had.

Came here with my mom just after New Years Eve. It was so much fun! The service was excellent and the food is fresh and delicious. Our sever was very helpful in assisting us choosing which fondue to get, and which wine flight to pair with it. In addition to the attentiveness of our server, the manager stopped by our table several times to check up on us. Highly recommended for a family or girl’s night out!
