Totally a treat! If you're looking for top notch, out of the regular cuisine, look no further than Cork and Table. Wine dinners are a must for a date night or a super special outing. Skip the usual and try something new, you won't be disappointed. Top shelf wine from the best family wineries and food created by a hometown chef. Proven love of food and total intimate experience.

To say this was supposed to be my first time I didn't know what to expect. Amateur at best. Didn't present wine with food didn't even know who my waitress was. But this was my wife's second time. Horrible experience no service 2 hrs of mediocre food that I could've gotten for a third of the price down the the rd. Won't be back. Can't believe anyone would be stupid enough to pay that much twice. Valentines dinner ruined to the fullest. Would've been better off at Texas rd house. Hard to come up with words to spending so much on such a poor experience and such poor food. Also don't order sticky pudding. There is no pudding. A severely dry muffin with vanilla icecream. AMATEUR AT BEST.

The food was excellent and the wine pairings were very good; not great. The minuses: paper napkins at this level of dining were disappointing, one set of dining utensils for all courses is a shortcoming at this caliber of establishment, used the same glass for multiple pouring of different wines. It is the small touches that set a restaurant apart from the competition.

Regularly attend here for their wine nights (Wednesday at 630) and some other times as well. Strongly recommend it. The owner Jim brings dishes of new york city high end quality to the 'burg, and pairs them expertly with suggested wine. He in addition to being trained as a chef, spent multiple years being a sommelier and combines that knowledge into all the restaurant does. Absolutely worth going to. Unless you have your heart set on a specific item, the pre-fix menue that frequently updates combines a great dining and tasting experience at a really good price for what it includes.

Not sure what to say here. Still confused how they made butternut squash taste like chef boyardee, I kept looking for a ravioli. Duck in the duck salad was good but the salad aspect was just a hand full of spinach and a few strawberry slivers. Meat was ok not sure what grade it was, but with the sauce it reminded me of my younger years eating Salisbury steak in a cafeteria. The ice cream on a muffin I got for dessert was interesting. Over all it's an average place for Fredericksburg "fine" dining. Only real complaint was the people next to me sent there food back and I wish I had thought to do that. I was more than happy to pay the bill and leave a nice tip. The servers doing the macarena during my meal behind me was well worth the money and just completed the atmosphere. Will never go back off night or not.

This is the 2nd time I've been, and the service was subpar. The first time I treated my mom and friend for mother's day. Thus time i wanted to trear myself for my 37th birthday. I'm not sure if it was us or our server, but it seemed like she had an attitude from the time we walked it. We had reservations, but we had to wait an additional 15 past our reservations, we had a wait to order our food, and even with the 4 course and wine pairing it took forever for our food to arrive. The table behind us ordered the same and they got their order taken quicker and their food arrived sooner. They were done with their 4th course before we got our 3rd. Outside of the service the food was delicious.
