My experience at Krispy Kreme today was wonderful. The customer service rep did a great job. As you can see from the picture I had a dozen donuts but I couldn't wait before taking the picture to enjoy that wonderful taste. Thank you.

I made a considerably large online order for pick up. When I arrived I found out something went wrong with the computer system and they hadn't gotten notice. Customer service was great and I got my order promptly. Definitely people that care about doing a good job.

Very friendly staff. Full selection of donuts available even though it was after six pm. In and out quickly. Wish I lived closer so this could be my go-to store.

I have many descriptions for the donuts donuts 🍩 which start with the letter D: delightful, delicious, decadent, delectable, dessert. The customer service is satisfactory when I order from drive-thru too.

Sign says opens @ 6 am and I arrive @ 6:35 am and doors are locked. I can see staff inside who ignore me. I try the drive though and that is apparently open.. again no signs to indicate. They tell me they don’t have hot donuts, which I can see though the window are clearly being made.

So fresh and taste soooooo good !!! We got dounuts for my sons birthday, he hasnt wanted cake since he ate his frist Krispy Kreme !!! Can't blame him they do taste great

Gave them another chance.. went at 630am. Spent 11.00 for stale donuts. You can't serve fresh donuts in the morning? I give up. Dunking Donuts for me now
