Cookout

This little gem provider a great stop to get out of 95 traffic. They have a very large menu with incredibly reasonable prices. The staff was so incredibly friendly and patient, they offered suggestions, and just were good people! I will definitely be back and plan on ordering the cheese bites again plus trying more of the extensive menu! They also have tons super thick and creamy milk shake flavors! The only con I have was the bathroom could use a little tlc.

If i could do less than 1 star I would. I visited the Fredericksburg location on Sunday April 17 at 11:50am. I placed my order for 2 burgers with sides and 2 shakes. My order number was 3282. After waiting 40 minutes I finally went up to the register because they employee was calling number 3288 and not a single part of my order was ready. When I went to ask if our food would be much longer the employee asked me what item I was waiting on and I explain I have not had a single item called out for my order. The employee stated the system was having issues and they would start on our food now. The second issue is the employee taking our order went to check on the Cheesecake item for a milk shake and said yes they have them after checking with another employee. After waiting 40 minutes to findout no of our food had been made and the employee stated "Oh we dont have the cheesecake item so what do you want." I have just moved into this area and this is my first experience at a Cookout, to say the least this is terrible customer service and I would never go back at least to this location. Just about any other fast food company would be faster and better quality food.
