Panda Express

The food at this specific Panda Express location was really good but was served less than warm. Their portion sizes were also less than generous in comparison. They did do a very good job of being quick with their service and the line went quickly. They didn’t give us fortune cookies with our meal like they normally do.

Clean location and barely crowded for lunch time. Most people were doing app/online orders. I did have to wait 10 additional minutes for my app order but I think that's because the almond chicken was popular so I had to wait for a new batch. You get a small amount and the taste was okay. The orange chicken tasted a little more on the sour side. They were out of chocolate chip cookies for the kids meals but the cashier very generously loaded us up with fortune cookies which my kids happen to like so it was no problem.

This Panda Express has gone down hill with the quality of their food the past few months. Today I ordered 2 Half Entree and 1 full side. Walnut Shrimp, Orange Chicken and fried rice. The rice tasted as if it had been under a heat lamp for the past hour, the walnut shrimp included a whomping 2 walnuts and all the breading on the shrimp had fallen off inside the container. I’m only leaving two stars because the orange chicken was okay.

The service is insanely slow, if you're the only one in there, expect your order to be behind at least 5 mobile orders. As a plus, they'll look straight into your eyes while they take care of the mobile orders when your food is right there ready to be paid for. They make you struggle to pay for your food. So, if you go here without a mobile order, remember that you did this to yourself.

Bad treatment. Refused to acknoledge veteran and give military discount even though had recieved it in past. Showing valid liscence showing veteran status. Didnt wish to give discount and also rude with me. An elderly asian lady was the cashier who treates me in such a matter. And a taller gentlemen who may.have been a supervisor.
