Tropical Smoothie Cafe

I came 2 hours before close and the staff had an attitude/were sitting on their phones ignoring us and when i got my drink it wasn’t even made correctly. I’ve gotten the mocha madness almost every time i’ve gone and when i got it, there were coffee grounds in my drink. It was so bad I couldn’t even tolerate drinking it. I used to love this tropical smoothie but now i probably won’t be back considering it was an overall terrible experience.

Meh. Service was ok. No non-dairy options. Three kids flavors, and they are boring. Strawberry lime, strawberry banana, and banana chocolate. And that's it. And there are only two sizes of smoothie? Large, and kids? Seriously? And they can't make any smoothie in kids size, or a kids in adult. C'mon. Is this a smoothie cafe or a vending machine.

Please like my review! Everything was super clean and I felt covid safe. Mocha Madness smoothie and an Ultimate Club is my Christmas Eve dinner and dessert! (Not in that order) Service was quick and food is always consistently delicious. (And drinks) Also when I got home I found chocolate in my bag, what a sweet surprise!!! Thanks guys!!!

The atmosphere is great, but :( today I found hair in my food :(. Right b4 I took a bite. I took my salad back and was undecided on whether I should allow another to be made or request a refund. I decided to allow another to be made. As I waited I began to feel as though I should not HAVE to pay for my order as a courtesy and a kind gesture from Tropical S. Maybe I'm old school. I am turning gray. As the cashier re-made my order a gentleman walked passed me towards the back and I asked for a manager. He asked me what was wrong and I shared with him what happened. He proceeded to the back and said something to the staff then walked to the front of the restaurant talking on a phone. He then left without saying anything at all😳.😳 .😳 The young cashier explained that she couldn't give a refund without permission and if he left she could only take my number. I'm not sharing pictures of that, the experience made me ill. Do you think they will call? Dag. I really liked them too :(

I won’t be back. This was a favorite but it’s gone downhill. Our last visit, the restaurant looks less inviting, not well kept. After placing our order, the order taker asked my name for the order, which I repeated 3 times, R I C K…. He seemed to understand. After 10+ minutes, a smoothie order was ready, the smoothie maker kept calling: Britney! No answer. They asked what my order was and it was my order. We waited a few more minutes and finally asked about our sandwiches? They said there is no order for Rick, just an order for Britney that no one claimed. Of course, it was my order and it was cold. How do you get Britney from Rick? If they can’t get names correct use a number system like other restaurants.
