My first visit this location.
The app. Worked Fine. Although I'm not sure they put extra lettuce on the sandwich that was requested. It's pretty light on lettuce.
Then when I got to work, I realized there were no napkins in the bag.
Maybe this was their first takeout order?
For $11.50, they should have included napkins.

Worst service ever. As a doordasher and a customer. I went in at exactly 720 pm and sat there for 40 minutes waiting for my order. There was hardly anybody in there it was slow. All three of the employees were slow as hell. You need to teach your staff speed and better customer service. You see someone standing there for 40 minutes and don't say hey sorry for the wait or sorry it will be ready soon. Instead make other people's orders that came in way after I did. I would give zero stars if I could

The prices are outrageous for the sandwich and it was only 3 inches long. A small bag of potato chips and drink with taxes $13 ridiculous! I can see $5.99 plus tax. The sandwich had to be $11 plus taxes. Outrageous I say. They didn't have to worry about me anymore. Plus the sandwich was nasty. It had no real taste.

Wow, the service was absolutely amazing so was the food, as soon as entering the location i was greeted and felt welcomed by the nice cashier, my online order was already ready and placed on the rack. Wonderful quality food, fresh ingredients and subs were absolutely delicious

Owner does not participate in promotions! I won’t be going to this firehouse subs again even tho I’ve been here numerous times when not claiming a promotion. Today was supposed to be double L in the first name for a free medium sub with purchase and the store declined to honor that promotion. 5-11-19

Poor management... since this new manger took over staff has left, and this guy feels he can disrespect the younger workers and talk down to them any way he wants .He is lazy and not a true leader or manger/boss. Just sad they would have someone like this in a position of power.

Google takes you to the wrong address and then they refuse to refund your order. Terrible business practice to try to blame their customers for their technical problems.

I went today for the first time ever and that food had me running 🏃🏽♀️ to the bathroom. Not a good feeling at all. Plus I'm not a fan of the warm deli meats. I will not be going back!
