Subway

I found hair in my food, I brought this up to the cashier and all she offered was to make another sandwich for me. I don't need a sandwich, at least not one after knowing the food in the restaurant is contaminated. I was hoping they would look up for any hair/contaminants in the food that's being served on the counter but they didn't even have a glance at it. They called up the manager and he offered to make a new sandwich too. They had no interest in finding out how the food is contaminated.

I want to point out that the staff was nice and courteous. However, they were out of basic meatball, didn't ask if we wanted the sandwich as it comes or to customize it (subway is know for their options so we assumed we would be asked). The customer before us, they jad to remake his sub 3 times because they unfortunately could not speak or understand English very well. Both associates were nice and tried their best but overall it was a disappointing experience. Looks like it was just a hard night for them, but they really did try to provide good service.

Stopped in tonight around 9:30. The girl in duty glared at me when I entered, never spoke, slammed chairs around, and then started mopping the floor under my feet rather than the other side of the store. The make employee want rude, but the sandwich was gross. My sub consisted of cold steak, under toasted, and took forever to make, as if he wasn't even trying. The food was sub-par and the service was rude.I would've reviewed the service using a receipt instead but I didn't receive one.
