Bojangles

The help wasn't that nice and I think she was the manager who took my order inside at the register, I had to do the math for her because I was almost overcharged, the food was great which is the main reason I came but I went to use the bathroom after eating outside and the door is locked at 7pm and there are no trash bins in the lot so I had to pee in a cup and leave all the trash in the lot. I did the survey on the receipt and got the code for the free sweet tea to which the order taker says "We're not on the app." and I reply "No, this is for the offer printed on every receipt, here is the code." Obviously some operations improvements are needed. The restaurant was clean and not crowded, that was a plus. Some outdoor seating would be great.

First time eating here(Im new to the area)I had a great experience, great employees and quick service. Specifically one of your workers Kenny, he is a great person, he was very helpful and just a kind human.I am older so he did offer to help bring out my food to the car. Give that boy a raise or something! 10/10 I would come again.

The worst managed chicken joint in the area. My order was incorrect 3 times in a row on 1 order. The female manager was ill mannered and her temperament was that of a teenager. After the 3rd time I just told my wife to forget it and let's just leave. I paid for a drink that I never recieved and was missing 2 sides. In the future I will just drive a few miles or north to recieve better service. The employees working for this lady were embarrassed during this ordeal. Oh yeah, my chicken biscuit was so dry we through them in the trash.

I got a Cajun chicken sandwich with extra pickles and it was amazing! It was spicy, and fresh. It was still hot like they just pulled it out of the fryer. I’m usually skeptical about chicken sandwiches because I’ve been burned before. They promise a great sandwich and it ends up being thin and disappointing. Well this Bojangles’ did it right. The chicken was the right size for the bun, actually spilling out of the bun. It was the perfect sandwich. It was 1:11 pm and lunch was in full swing.
