Salem Fields Vocelli Pizza

Very upset! I called for delivery and tip well. So now apparently you have to order over 18 dollars worth of food. But my point is I’ve never had to do that. I tried to use the menu coupon for 10.99 and they quoted me a price for over 25 dollars. Called the Manager back and all she said was sorry, the menu has changed? As much as I love their pizza. I will NEVER order from them again. She did mention gas prices -and I get that…

What a bold-faced liar this girl was. I got an email saying our order was out for delivery. We are 1.5 miles away. After 32 minutes we called to ask what's up. The lady asked what number it was ordered under. (No other questions) I accidentally gave the wrong number. Then she said "Oh! I see it right here. It's on the way". I later found out it was under my sons number, so she lied when she said she saw my order.

Food quality and customer service going downhill. Have ordered from this Vocelli's location regularly for years, but after last night's experience will find pizza elsewhere. Ordered three pizzas including a Hawaiian with jalapenos, and asked for all to be prepared "well done." First, all pizzas were barely done and not what I would call "done" much less "well done." Second, the "Hawaiian with jalapenos" was a jalapeno pizza with none of the Hawaiian toppings. Asked for double pepperoni on another pizza and barely received minimum pepperoni coverage, definitely not "double" on that undercooked pizza. Quality has been dropping over the last few months, but last night was enough. This Vocelli's location has lost a customer.

First-time customer of Vocelli Pizza. Ordering online was easy and convenient as it was to put instructions on how I wanted my order delivered. I had set specific instructions that I wanted my order place in the chair nearest the door with the beige cushions. That didn't happen what happen was the delivery person walked past the chair to the far end of the porch and placed my order on my planting table that was covered in the dirt also the delivery person didn't ring the bell as instructed either. Nor did they call to say they were out of lemonade and took for granted Serra Mist would be all right, it was not. The cannolis I ordered were staled and doughy the filing inside was hard, not soft. The one star comes from the Stromboli it was all right with the extra cheese I ordered. However, the Stromboli, as well as the cinnamon sticks, were cold, not hot. Customer service was lacking when I called and spoke with Anthony and also when I called back today to speak with one of the owners about the second charge on my CC her name was Aman. IMO both cared less about my less than favorable experience with them as a first-time customer. Anthony made an excuse for the delivery person by saying "she does not speak or read English." I cannot patronize a business that doesn't respect my experience especially when it is awful. I cannot recommend this Vocelli Pizza. Furthermore, I rather order from Pizza Hut, Papa John's, or Domino's.

Parents be aware, the sausage option online is spicy sausage which might not fly with your toddlers. I think they should mark it that way! This is the 2nd time I've ordered from them though and the pizza is really good. That's the most important thing! and I really like not having to pay gh or dd They sent me a good coupon too 2 medium 3 toppings for 8 each

Lemme tell you this... If you want your food now, get up, place the order for pickup and go get it. Me and my husband ordered 2 large pizzas and a cold sub. Everything rung up to be $36.03 which to me isn't bad. We waited 20 minutes like we were told and everything was ready and hot by the time we got there. Since this is our first time, we will definitely be coming back.
