Mcdonald's

I can believe that I still try to go to this place. It is always slow and VERY RARELY FREINDLY. I went through last night with a coupon code for $2 Big Mac, I ordered three, a large fry and a Shamrick shake (clearly advertised on the menu board). I informed the cashier that I had a code for the $2 Big Mac. I was then told, we don't have the Shamrock shake. The total came to over $22. When I got to the window I looked at the receipt and asked why I paid full price for 2 of the Big Mac's, the cashier looked at me with a disgruntled look and said I pushed the button and that's what happened, I don't know. I asked to speak to the manager, he went and said something to a lady who promptly took off her gloves and headset (with a look of disgust) came over to the window and said "yes". I asked her why and she said that the code was only good on the first sandwich, I said that I had not experienced that before to her reply, well that's the rule. I told her that I would ask the 800 number, and I left. I have been a manager in fast food before, even if you are having a bad night don't take it out on a customer. I think there are enough fast food options around town, my money can go elsewhere.

I've tried this location many times, it's close to work and I'm in a hurry usually. The fries are so bland they're disgusting to eat. Tried to order extra salt and got nothing numerous times. One time the fries were so overcooked they were crunchy. This time they didn't give me any sauce for my chicken nuggets. Aweful, just aweful.

I ordered from the parking lot on the app for store pickup because the drive thru line was long. All I ordered was a hashbrown and a drink. The door was locked when I went to get my order. This was at 8 Am. I had to call from my car to get them to give me my food. The employee said she locked it because she was short on help. She was also rude and I'll tempered

This location has gone downhill tremendously in the last year. I am for everyone having a job, but if the people hired are not able to read, this becomes and issue. I would say 90% of the time when we request rootbeer, we are given Dr. Pepper. This wouldn't be a huge issue but the Dr. Pepper always tastes flat and I prefer rootbeer. Special requests are usually never fulfilled correctly. And that wouldn't be an issue either if I weren't being upcharged for these changes and then they dont do it. For example, ordering a burger with NO onions but adding extra cheese and getting a burger with NOTHING on it. No cheese, no pickles, no ketchup, etc. And honestly if they were busy I could see things like this happening on occasion but not 90% of the time. Perhaps the people seen standing around, playing on their phones should jump in and help. This happens quite often too. The evening shift is 10x worse, when people are usually acting crazy, yelling and not really handling themselves in a way someone who is on the clock should be acting. Used to be one of the best McDonald's in the area but we will just start utilizing the rt 17 location. I realize help is hard to find but keeping help that is just hurting your business is crazy.

Three young black girls working night shift on Friday April29th around 11:30pm have to be the most rude ignorant disrespectful people I've ever met hence the reason why they work at McDonald's lol. On there phones texting and talking smack because the Ugly fat girl with long cheap Weave saw me and ducked and ran from the first window 🪟 This McDonald's has always been disgusting anyway and the 3 nasty young girl employees know nothing above scum so of course they thrive in that atmosphere.
