When got there to pick up my order was messed up and they did not give me everything on the order due to poor customer service. Lady was so focused on the line of customers she disregarded making sure my order was correct...

Today, this location has officially lost a customer of 6+ years. I had a very unhappy customer experience due to the lack of customer service from some employees. I am disgusted with the way I was disregarded and skipped over as if I wasn’t a human being standing in line waiting to order. Another man walks in behind me and his order was taken before mine because the cashier personally knew him. A situation like this makes a person feel unvalued and should never happen. Even if the cashier did not know that I was next in line, they did not acknowledge their mistake at all nor did he apologize.

Always late on receiving my product. Always watch people make orders in the store that get them faster than I do and I mobile order from American family fitness across the street. How do I have order number 4 but order numbers 5-8 are being called before me. Get it together. Always a inconvenience but I will not be going back to store #55. Rather go out of my way to the Central Park location.
