Mcdonald's

I am so upset writing this I can barely speak. I’ve had 3 orders from door dash from this McDonald’s. First one they forgot my sandwich all together but since kids got their meals I just sucked it up. Last time they forgot both my kids drinks so I figured whatever I’ll just give them milk. Today I got some of the worst news of my life. I decided to order food since I literally could not fathom making food today. Kids were hungry we waited. Ordered DoorDash. Finally came and they forgot not 1 but 2 kids meals entirely. Even has on the outside receipt where it says kids meals. I thought it was suspect there was only one bag for 2 kids meal boxes, 2 large meals and drinks. Come on guys! Every single time I’ve ordered from you, I’ve literally been ripped off. Maybe it’s a scheme at this particular McDonald’s? Whatwver you do, unless you are physically at this McDonald’s and can check the bag do not get ripped off and order delivery

Pleasant indoor environment, much smaller dining area than the normal size McDonald’s but I didn’t mind, it felt more cozy and personal. Appreciate the positive Christian music playing through their speakers as well, not the normal pop top 20 stuff you here everywhere else. Fries were extremely hot, salted to perfection and the food no issues. Might be making this my new area McDonald’s.

my boyfriend and i went to mcdonalds today before work, we only ordered fries, a coke and a caramel frappe, we ended up getting our fries and coke but no frappe, so the girl asked us to pull over to the curbside pickup. we ordered our food at 1:50, we still hadn't received our frappe even after waiting up to 2:05 at this point, we tried to give the benefit of the doubt that maybe they were busy, more than 10 cars went passed with no issues though while we waited. So, my boyfriend went inside at about 2:05, asked for the frappe, they said they'd have it right out, then proceeded to forget about it. Someone else asked him what he was waiting on, he explained a frappe and that the drive thru girl had us pull in. The guy then asked her, and she acted like it never happened and held no accountability? The man gave us our frappe, and we had finally left around 2:15 at that point. ( He was very kind and apologized for our wait) We always have minimal issues with our food at this one, but this time it was just frustrating and there's no excuse for us to be waiting that long over a singular frappe. We tried to be understanding knowing how difficult fast food is from personal experience, but for the drive thru worker to hold no accountability and act oblivious is so unprofessional and weird.

When it’s good it’s good, but more times than not they don’t have something, the milkshake machine is not working, or something else. Last time I was asked to pull forward, I had to go inside after waiting 15 minutes and they apparently cleared the order without making it. If you can go to the Chatham Heights location.

Thank you to all the workers here in drive-thru at Ferry Farm in Fredericksburg Virginia. I have never had any problems whatsoever. Always so friendly and helpful always asking me if I want extra condiments and they make the best caramel macchiato and they do not skimp on the caramel.... so thank you for all your friendliness and professionalism.... you all go above and beyond!!!
