Casual, fast & yummy! Cool presentation of tasty avocado toast were so good. Yummy muffins! I don’t do muffins usually, however, those are balanced in taste and softness. Tea! I discovered Orange Assam tea.

Stopped by Caliche Coffee Bar for a morning pick me up. On this stop, I had the Vanilla Latte and it was perfectly crafted. The shop is small but there is seating for those who choose to dine in. They have a variety of pastries and hot sandwiches on there menu as well. The baristas are also very helpful if you need assistance in choosing a drink.

Very trendy, millennial, cute coffee shop! Loved the drip coffee. The staff was super helpful and shared info on their roasting process! Big fan of the decor and wallpaper with the colors chosen. Recommended to stop in! Would have liked to try the pastries if hadn’t just eaten breakfast.

What a surprise! New addition to this quaint down. The owner also has a couple of well-known restaurants(Otto's)/hotels nearby. They are all within the walking distance. We ordered the latte and the bagel/Shakshuka and they did not disappoint! Highly recommend for a quick bite and enjoy the Texan hospitality.

Delicious food and fresh brewed and flavored coffee and tea. This little spot is a must stop while in Fredericksburg. I had the avacado toast with smoked salmon and it was very fresh and tasty. They have a variety of healthy eats and Kombucha.

Someone must have recommended this spot to me as I happened to find it saved labeled somehow. And glad that I went in. Tried nothing fancy but a daily drip which was solid, great medium roast, full bodied. The place is cozy and beautiful outdoor area you can hang with family and friends. Will come back.

Caliche is the best coffee in town. Roasted here and can't go wrong with the cortado!
Will and Georgia are always quick to say hello, and make recommendations! Their food is better every time I go there...the breakfast bun is amazing!
Great little seating area in the back, don't miss it. Great spot to sit, enjoy your food and read!

This place is a GEM and we are so glad we stumbled upon it on our road trip. Absolutely worth a stop - their food menu has some incredible flavors as do their drinks. The superb staff are an added bonus :)
