Bronco Billy's Pizza Palace

1st off... what a cool, old, little town strip. Found this pizza joint from other reviews and decided to meet up here for lunch. Service is a little slow probably due to how busy it was. We tried 3 different pizzas ( Chuck Wagon, Margarita and Chicken BBQ) the chicken BBQ was my favorite the other 2 needed to be cooked just a little longer... dough in some spots was not cook all the way through. The flavor was great though. Also tried some popcorn chicken which was great.

Great food for a great price! I got the large Chuck Wagon pizza to-go. Bronco Billy's Pizza Palace has an outdoor cashier who will take your order, then deliver your order to you outside when it's ready. My pizza was ready in under 10 minutes. I love how there was an abundance of toppings on the pizza. Taste was great. The only feedback I have is that the middle of the pizza was soggy and hard to hold. You will definitely need a plate due to the sogginess and the sheer amount of toppings which will inevitably fall off, although neither of these points really bother me. Pizza tastes great reheated as well.

Pizza is consistent, but the last few times we've gotten it (to go) we've found that they aren't covering the entire pizzas with sauce and cheese. Seems like less and less gets covered so all we have is plain pizza crust. Attached is a picture of just two slices, but one pizza had 3 slices that were like this and the other had 2 slices with no sauce or cheese. That's almost half a pizza with only crust, don't be cheap bronco Billy's!

Didn't have any breads. The reason I gave a bad rating is coz the waitress asked four times about which toppings we need and didn't make a note even after we asked, finally when pizza arrived didn't have a single onion or artichoke.. they were so busy and we couldn't even ask.. very disappointed and compared to blacow it's a very small place.. we really loved the blacow location..

Brought the family to Niles as we never been here before... saw Bronco Billy's .... Best pizza we ever had and we eat at a lot of pizza spots. Everyone loved it!!!!!! First time here and definitely won't be the last now that we found this spot in Fremont Niles district. Service was great too. Everyone's friendly and multiple employees asked if we needed anything and how was everything. Not just a one waiter/waitress type deal.. it was a great find! We ordered Chuck wagon pizza Garlic bread Pizza Beer Potatoe skins All perfect!
