My man and I decided to go grab something to eat after a deadly hike at Mission Peak! I almost died..its no joke! So I found this restaurant in Fremont. The food there was DELICIOUS! One of the best I've had compare to other Asian places I've gone to. It's pretty hard to find good Asian restaurants in my opinion. If I like, I'll be sure to return. I don't live in Fremont but if I'm ever in the area I'll definitely go back. I got Khau Poon (red curry vermicelli noodle(ground beef), my man got Thai Boat Noodle Soup with FAT Noodles. I also got Papaya Salad, Laos Style, pepper, a little sweet To-Go. Love the Vermicelli noodles and cabbage that comes with it. So fresh and yummy. You guys have got to try this place. I hope you'd enjoy it as much we both did.

This restaurant is in a very non-descript and tiny shopping plaza. It would be easy to drive past and just miss it. The parking lot is also really small. It made me wonder what part of Fremont I'm in because it felt so unfamiliar. They also had all the shades drawn on their windows so I wasn't even sure I was walking into the right building. I came on a Friday night with 2 other people around 6:30 and it wasn't crowded at all. There were only a few other parties there at the same time.
It was my first time trying Laotian food and I really enjoyed most of the dishes. The food overall is very fragrant and flavorful. Reminds me of a little bit of Cambodian and Thai food.
Stuffed Angel Wings- This dish was good, but I honestly think they are better at Sala Thai. Still a solid dish to order and would probably get it again.
Tom Kha- Coconut Sour Soup- this was my favorite dish of the night. I really enjoyed the flavors of the broth. I loved the sour taste and the pork was also cooked perfectly. I would definitely come back just for this soup.
Opp Savanh Beef Stew- I wasn't sure what to expect when I ordered this dish. We wanted a curry dish and was surprised when it came back and was a soup dish. I think it's bit confusing to list this under the curries on the menu, but I'm guessing they do that because it has a little yellow curry in the broth. Probably should have ordered an actual curry dish instead of a stew. The stew was still really good and the meat was tender and flavorful. It still tasted great the next day too.
Moke Pa- steamed catfish- I love love love this dish in general so I ordered it because I've had it before at a Cambodian restaurant. It was a little unexpected that they brought out the dish with the bamboo leaves unwrapped already. I personally like it when they serve it in the bamboo leaves and allow us to open it once we are ready to eat it to keep all the flavors and steam inside the leaves. The fish was delicious and packed with tons of flavor from all the herbs. I highly recommend this dish.
Nam Kao- Crispy Rice Salad- this dish was not exactly what I was expecting. I wish it had more sausage pieces in it.
I will definitely be back to try other dishes next time.

Small vegetarian diner. Decent menu. Thought that they would have some Vegan options? Tiny strip mall location, I don't think we would be in this neighborhood after dark?
Good luck Chuck!

Got to try lunch at this good South-Asian restaurant in the Irvington district of Fremont! It is a smaller restaurant that offers great service and delicious good! I enjoyed the interior decor of the restaurant. From the outside, I did not expect much but once inside, the atmosphere was a South Asian feel! Good was well prepared and presented. Prices were reasonable! Parking is challenging but manageable.

This place serves a combination of Thai, Cambodian, and Laotian dishes. We came in around 7PM on Saturday, we were seated right away. Service was good, water gets refilled frequently.
Highlight from our meal was the Tom Keong Nai (⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️) - beef and honeycomb tripe, mint and lemongrass soup. It had a subtle lemongrass taste, and such intense beefy flavor, with small pieces of tender beef and tripe pieces that almost just melted in your mouth. One order was enough to feed st least 3 people. Other dishes we tried were the pumpkin curry (⭐️⭐️⭐️decent taste, consistency was too runny though), the squid fried noodle (⭐️⭐️⭐️ squid flavor was good, noodle was bland) and chicken satay (⭐️⭐️⭐️).
Tip: Thai spicy is 🌶🌶🌶. They put extra chopped chili with seeds in the curry to make it extra hot. You can always remove some.chili, or ask to have extra chili on the side.

Nice, friendly restaurant. Lots of dishes can be made vegan, just be sure to specify vegan and no fish or oyster sauce.

Thai Food was amazing. Service was not slow. Maybe because of too much rush on Valentine’s Day. I would definitely visit this place again in future.

The food was ok. Server was ok but not very friendly. We ordered 3 plates. They all came out quite fast. Rather small portion.
