Pho Village

I enjoy pho a lot, this place has the best broth! I ordered the chicken noodle soup and my husband ordered the Kobe beef pho. The portions are huge! There are plenty of meats, noodles and veggies in the bowl to satisfy. We also ordered spring rolls and fried egg rolls, delicious! Great quality ingredients, good service and a pleasant atmosphere. Will go back for more.

I'm very glad to see there's another new pho place that popped up in the neighborhood. It's got spacious interior and plenty of seating. On the pho itself: broth was super flavorful and meat was very tender. Everything tasted pretty fresh. It was definitely one of the better bowls I've had. Service was okay. It lagged a bit when it got busy (had to bring the bill up because the wait was a little long to pay) but I'll attribute for the place being new and they're just working things out.

Best Kobe beef Pho around!!! Our family loves Pho. We came from Southern Vietnam and grow up with Pho. What makes Pho Village different from others? As you walk in the restaurant, you can smell the fragrant beef broth made aromatic by simmering for hours with bone marrow. It is homemade! It is traditional! The broth is so tasty with the toppings of the thin slices of Kobe beef (the raw Kobe beef melt in your mouth), bean sprouts, fresh cilantro, basil, and throw a couple slices of fresh jalapeno, a squeeze of lime, you’re absolutely in a world where everything is a taste so delicous, and homemade! We love this pho recipe and will be back for more! We also ordered 1 order of egg roll and spring roll and ended up with having 5 more orders of each. We are shocked that our picky 8 year old loves their pho and egg rolls. The shrimp spring rolls are so FRESH (unlike some restaurants they made them ahead) and the fish sauce is perfect!

definitely one of my favorite pho places! i love the Kobe beef pho, the broth is very flavorful, without the msg taste that usually leaves me dying of thirst! (i always finish all of it despite the huge portions because it’s so good!) i also love the spring rolls, super refreshing especially since it’s so hot!

Food and service were great. This is probably one of the best pho place in the area. The pho broth was very flavorful and the meat (Pho comb #4) was very fresh and tender. We also tried the Kobe pho (#3), which was very delicious! Egg rolls were fried to perfection. The portion was quite generous. Service was friendly and tentative and the place is very clean and charming. We will return again.

On one side, pho is pho, it so I thought, but I'll have to admit the rare steak was especially good while my wife quite enjoyed the knobe beef. I had a side of beef ribs and they were copious and falling of the bone, definitely premium meat all around The portions were generous enough that I couldn't finish my small bowl. My wife never got close to finishing her big bowl :) Price was very reasonable given the quality and quantity.
