I wouldn't recommend getting the bowl if you want orange chicken because they barely give you any chicken. Employees were nice and tried to be quick. Food was good, just had to wait longer than expected.

So I came here on my lunch and I ordered chow mein broccoli beef and orange chicken, everything was delicious except the chow mein. When I was eating it I kept hurting myself because the noodles were super hard and undercooked.

I ordered three entree platter with chowmein noodles, rice, orange chicken, sesame honey chicken breast and shrimp. Food was overall okay considering the price. Also, I got the bigger portion for each order, but the chicken pieces were coated with way too much corn flour. Shrimp on the other hand was good though. No problem in trying this food for once in a while. But I suggest to visit a good Chinese restaurant for good Chinese food.

I have never seen a fast food establishment stop making food 45 minutes before closing. It’s ridiculous! Then act like people are late or making the restaurant stress by asking them to make orange chicken. Which by the way is the most popular dish. The worst experience ever in a fast food place.

Usual Panda Express. We used to frequent it on Friday and Saturday nights. Pretty crowded with a 5-10min wait. But the service as great and always clean. No complaints.

I had a bad experience with your employee named kalvin today he was very rude when I asked him that I only wanted broccoli not to put meat on my plate . he replied with a bad attitude and he told me no. I told him that I always come here and the had done for me it hat way. He didn't want to do it. aside he made unpleasant faces.

Located in the Crossroads plaza in Fremont. This location is very convenient, its next to various other stores, there's plenty of parking spaces. Portions are small, but food is good, however 😞 Jie your customer service was horrible, be nice!
Not alot of people are fluent, or know how to order. The store was not busy during my visit, they are practicing safety procedures. I hope your customers service improves and perhaps then your rating will as well.

Unacceptable! My meal was below par. My noodles were dry and portion size for my second entree smaller than normal. By far one of the most lack luster establishments I've come across here in the Bay. 😒
