Ohana Hawaiian Bbq

The nastiest chicken taste chewy not a lot of meat and the meat in there is gross wasted 40$ on this wouldn't even give it to a dog rice was hard and Mac had no flavor if we didn't go to the one in Fremont I would've gone back I'm tired I just got off work I have two kids I don't have time to go back and forth I called to complain and they just kept me on hold for hella long I'm irritated and hungry don't come here just cook at home

Food looks amazing on the menu board, but the quality was horrible in real life. I got the number one and both meats we poor quality. I called to complain ,but immediately got an attitude. I tried to explain to "the Manager" but he didn't want to hear it. I asked for the owner and told him I wasn't driving back down there and he hung up on me. This images are a #1.

Service was TERRIBLE!!! The middle aged Asian cashier lady was RUDE!!! She sent us outside to wait for our food, never once did she let us know our order was ready. Food was not cooked all the way. Macaroni salad was disgusting! Extremely bland!! Sauces spilled out because it wasn’t covered correctly! Definitely would not recommend to anyone and will not return to this specific location!!!
