Doesnt matter what day or time I go to this place, AT LEAST 7 of the last 10 pizzas I have ordered are given to me barely room temperature, dried up looking and obviously 1 hour or more old... I'm sick of getting ripped off by this place. They clearly don't care about their customers. I highly recommend avoiding this location. It's suppose to be HOT N READY for you to just walk in and pick up. But I guess they were busy this past Sunday. We ordered 3 boxes of pizzas and crazy bread. Waited 15-20 minutes. As I waited, I seen customers go in and out to pick up their orders. I am usually impatient but seeing the traffic, I couldn't be impatient. They were handling their business right. Definitely fresh when u order fresh 😌

I have been coming to this franchise location for the past year. I’m not sure if there is new management, or if the employees are so poorly trained, but the quality of the pizza has SIGNIFICANTLY dropped off. I have, on multiple occasions, received pizzas that are undercooked; sauce that is cold, cheese that is still hard, and Doug that is raw. It is extremely disappointing to buy more than $20 worth of food only for it to be inedible. I will NOT be returning to this franchise location until they get their act together. Be warned, your pizza will most likely be undercooked, that is, after waiting over 30 minutes for someone to get to you. You’re better off going to one of the location over in Fremont - though you will pay a dollar more and the employees may not know how to cut 6 slices, the pizza will at least be cooked. Stay away from this location.

Ordered a pizza from this place, they got the order wrong I had to repeat the name and spell it multiple times and they still got my order wrong. I called the manager and she began yelling at me, very unprofessional. A manager should not behave in that manner. You are in the business of serving people, you should do your best to obtain customers, it is called word of mouth!!! You just lost a customer and hopefully this will be of some help to others who order from your horrible pizza chain. I showed you my phone to prove to you I placed an order and you didn't even know your own phone number, you had to go ask someone else what the number was. Not good and not very happy with the level of unprofessionalism at your chain.

This is definitely not the best pizzas you can get, but I don't think you can get any better at this price. I can get a large supreme pizza with bread sticks for $12.50. I don't know of any better place with a deal like that. I also love the part of seasonings you can grab, which is good for 2-3 slices. The people there are fairly nice, I never had a problem with them. There are also good customization options too.
