New The Heart Cafe

We absolutely loved the Heart Cafe! We stayed at the Doubletree Hotel and ventured out looking for vegetarian fare. We came across this place and were greeted very warmly by Francisco. We had the fried tofu and fried rice with tofu, veggie ham and egg. Everything was delicious, the veggies were not overcooked, and Francisco was very friendly and accommodating. If we lived here we would definitely be regulars! As it is, we are trying to see how we can fit in another visit to try the vietnamese sandwiches before heading back to LA.

they put pork FAT AND BLOOD VESSELS - GAG in their products, NOT MEAT. nasty, disgusting, the entire order had to be thrown away....how do you charge $10 for something and force nasty FAT AND BLOOD VESSELS and expect to get away with it? If that nasty garbage is what you are looking for, by all means. What a scam. The cashier had a sarcastic attitude on top of the animal vomit they sell to make you puke your guts out.
