Domino's Pizza

I'm rating this relative to the price point. Dominos is the best pizza you get under $10 in the area. Or perhaps anywhere. Yes, you have to carry out or use a coupon, but it is delicious. However the quality at this location is hit or miss. Not so much so that the pizza is bad, but to the point where it might be less done, or less toppings than normal, or less sauce which affects your dough quality, or other things that normally make it really tasty compared to normal. Some tips, for the better quality stuff at this (or really any) dominos location: * Order at non-peak times - this allows the staff time to pay attention to your order, quantities and amounts of ingredients * check your order before leaving the store - is there sauce through the cheese? Is it crispy enough? Etc. If it is fixable, just ask and I have had no problems with them fulfilling simple requests at no extra charge * add notes to your order - at non peak times this makes a difference for my orders. I order from here whenever I want pizza for my family. Just have to know some tricks to get what I like. Hope this helps!

Today I ordered 2 medium pizza from Domino's Fremont Grimmer Blvd location. Pizza was good however as soon as I placed the order, remembered that I am in Pleasanton and will need 30-40 mins to reach. Called immediately to hold the order and person said that it's ready, I was surprised that it's not even 5 mins to place the order then how can it be ready. Later person on the phone said it's coming out from oven and now can not hold. I didn't like the service. Also observed rude behavior while reached store to pick up the pizza.

First time going to this location and I was somewhat scared after reading all the recent one star reviews for this location. Had a gift card to Dominos and decided to use it here. Placed my order online using the app and had no issues with that portion. Used a deal from their website for three topping large pizzas for $7.99 each. Got two pizzas with that deal (chicken, bacon and jalapeno with the garlic white sauce & philly steak, jalapeno and mushroom with the garlic white sauce) plus one of their chocolate marble brownies. Total after tax was $26.73 (pizzas ended up being $8.49 each, probably because I chose some premium ingredients in the chicken and philly steak). Placed the order and starting tracking it using the Dominos Pizza Tracker function on their app. Order was placed at 4:40pm and the app notified me that my order was ready for pick-up at 4:55pm. Arrived at the store and was greeted shortly after walking in the door by a couple younger guys working at that time. Said I had a pick-up, they asked me my name and handed me my three boxes of food still pipping hot and asked if I wanted some packets of red peppers as well. Walked out to my car and checked all the boxes to make sure I got the correct items and everything looked good upon initial inspection. Got home and took the attached photos of each item. For not having had Dominos in a long time and for the first time buying from this location, I was impressed with the presentation. Everything looked and smelled great and was cooked perfectly. No issues with burnt or under-cooked dough with this order. No skimping on the toppings and they used the correct sauce that was ordered, which I thought they might overlook since I didn't choose the standard red sauce for these pizzas. Even had my mother try a piece of the pizza and she has never been a fan of Dominos in the past and she even said the pizza was good and that Dominos has really changed from what she remembers. Will definitely be going back to this location again as the service was outstanding, product was perfect and delicious and the price can't be beat with the deal I used.

I'll definitely use this place again when back in the area. Easy online ordering. Took advantage of the 5.99 per item deal and ordered 5 medium pizzas, two regular wings and two different pastas. More than enough for 5 adults, 1 child and a teen that literally eats us out of the house. The delivery driver was efficient,fast and very courteous. Food arrived HOT in about 30 minutes. The pastas we're smaller than I anticipated but, that was due to me not looking at the serving size, realistically, they're better as one per 1-2 people serving. The pizza isn't the greatest thing that ever was, I'm okay with that. It's decently good, no complaints. The pasta are delicious. Wings are are really good.

The delivery driver was polite, that's the only good thing I can say. It looked like they seriously watered down the sauce on my carbonera, and it was only half of the normal serving. My stuffed cheesy bread had hardly any cheese on it, not sure about in it because the first bite I wound up with a mouth full of raw dough, so I couldn't eat. My friend ordered the Philly. It was ok, but the bread bites however had hardly any seasoning. On top of all this everything was cold because it took over 45 min AFTER the app said my food was on its way for it to reach me. Naturally I tried to file a complaint, but when I told the app no, I didn't want a free $7.99 pizza to make up for my ruined $35.00 meal, it just redirected me to the home page. Calling the store is a joke. Either no one answers for HOURS,.or if they do, you wind up with an employee trying to short stop you so they don't get written up. Ps just tried to take a picture of inside the cheesy bread, hours later bread is still soft mushy dough and shredded cheese isn't even melted.
