Pizza Hut

We just called to put in an order and guy answering took the order and then said “it’s too complicated, can you place you order online?” Not sure what was complicated about ordering a pizza. We went online and it said its closed. We called back and no one picked up. He took our time and now everything is closed due to curfew. This is customer service at a time like this. Will not be coming back to this pizza hut again.

Asked for spinach, chicken, and bacon on my pizza. I received a pizza covered in so much bacon and chicken my mouth is dying from the sodium. But alas I only had two slices with a couple leaves of spinach. It seems this place is not a fan of veggies. The tomato sauce was overwhelming in its flavor. This place could use a bit more work when preparing a pizza

Should have trusted the reviews! Two stars is accurate but really they don’t deserve any. The man at the front counter was absolutely clueless. They were out of Pepsi that I paid for so I asked for a refund and he panicked and had to call his boss and ask how to do so. He gave me $1.99 cash (though I paid debit) which didn’t even include the tax ($2.18 total owed per receipt) and it really wasn’t worth arguing as I don’t think he had enough brain cells to comprehend. Pizzas were both incorrect upon arrival home. We ordered two large pizzas one specifically no cheese and plain crust and in the notes we listed explicitly that there is a dairy allergy to the person this pizza is going to. The crust was doused in their garlic butter sauce which was overpowering upon opening the box and a friend tried the pizza and confirmed; therefore inedible to the person with dairy allergies so donated to nearby homeless man. The other large pizza was requested with garlic buttery sauce on the crust and had none (maybe mixed up because they can’t read?) and the crust was doughy and not thoroughly cooked. HOW HARD IS IT TO MAKE A PIZZA?!? No use taking it back because stupid doesn’t even know how to process a refund. THANKS FOR NOTHING! :)

On of the staff member was wearing his mask off his face and on his head and your suppose to wear your mask at all times especially if you are working in food!!! Customer service is horrible! Manager Pajet was rude they messed up on my order and only wanted to give me $5 credit for there mistake!!! When I was in the restaurant to pick up my pizza at the time it suppose to be ready they had messed up on some else’s order and I had to wait longer pick up was at 4:20p and I didn’t get my food till 4:55p just to get a cold pizza and a pizza missing toppings. Pajet she was rude and I will never come to this Pizza Hut again!! DONT COME TO THIS PIZZA HUT!!

I ordered two pizzas online for delivery from Fremont, CA store (on Fremont BLVD), and got the confirmation email at 7:45 PM. When I checked the status, it said expected delivery time is 8:15 pm. Around 8:10 pm, it said it's ready and will be delivered. Now, the fun begins, we kept on waiting and waiting for the pizzas. The kids & their friends were all SO hungry. We tried to call the store for 4 times, and no one picked up the phone. Around 9:15, being totally frustrated, we went to the store. The guy on the counter had no clue, and initially he said we ordered for pickup, not for delivery. Then, after checking, he said the pizza was out for delivery just 5 minutes back! I asked but we ordered at 7:45 pm, and now it's 9:15 pm! He said, it's first day he does not know! The owner came over, and she had no clue what is happening, and she just got inside to avoid us! This is not the first time. Last time when we ordered for pickup, we reached around 5 minutes after the scheduled pick up time. When we asked for the pizza, they said they are now putting into the oven and we need for 10-15 minutes. There is some serious issue going on with the store for delivery & pickup. Not ordering from this pizza hut again!

Using the damned pizza hut app is only slightly better than talking on the phone. If you do talk to them on the phone be prepared to hear a language you can't understand, having to repeat yourself several times. Even if you do get everything correct they are going to forget something. I ordered with the app and they forgot something. Always was the worst pizza hut in town.
