Jack In The Box

I dont really what the purple shirt is while everyone else is wearing black. I'm thinking manager. I walk in wait over 5 minutes until anyone even acknowledged me, when he finally did the only thing he said and very rudely what else do you want over and over. I didn't realize until I got home that my order was ice cold and no receipt I even prove I was there. Every other location I have been to they are polite and professional. There is nothing they can do that can change my mind. This man obviously hates his job and .maybe people as well. I'm going to report him to corporate and I will speak to the owner of this particular franchise. 98 percent of my reviews are all positive in nature. For whatever it's worth I am rated highly for my number of reviews. This experience was absolutely horrible.

Typical Jack and the Box. These people rarely get my order wrong. I go there several times a week. Update July 3rd 2022 so I stopped going to this place because it just seems to take forever late at night. There's always a line out the driveway because it's the only place to open late at night. Tonight I went over there and ordered for four people and they got six things wrong and took us over 35 minutes to get through the drive-thru and get our order repaired. What a pain. However the food will still cooked properly and everybody was filled.

I came last night after work and tired and I wish they would do something about the homeless people in the drive through. I do not need to have a homeless guy come to my window with a hard luck story. That Asian manager on duty last night needs to be more firm with these people it's bad for business. You are going to lose more customers if you don't get rid of the homeless people.
