Scooter's Coffeehouse

Great food/drinks and great employees. LOUSY wifi and UNCOMFORTABLE furniture. Fine for drive through but unless you want to use your own data while sitting on uncomfortable chairs take it to go. There are 3 comfy chairs all together. But if 2 are used no one wants to be the stranger sitting with the other people having a conversation. They also have a really big space that they packed with 2 tops. I'd say it's so students can study but the janky wifi nullifies that idea. The open floor plan and carpets or anything to break up the scenery means that everything is noisy. Making a couple other spaces with comfy chairs and a carpet or two (and a new modem / router) would have fixed this whole situation.

I almost always have a great experience here with really kind workers, but had a bad experience last week regarding gift cards.. I posted a review with my complaint and the whole management team was QUICK to make it RIGHT. Thank you for validating my concerns and making me feel so appreciated as a customer!

We just moved here from Minnesota and we are huge fans of Caribou. We tried Scooters and just LOVED it!!!! The people are so nice, the coffee is amazing and the breakfast sandwiches are yummy!!!! Thanks to Scooters employees for making us feel welcome and the fantastic coffee!!! We found our new favorite coffee place 😆

Everytime I gave this place a chance it was inconvenient. I love scooters coffee,but i wont go here anymore. Today they cant take gift cards. I drove in the cold to spend the giftcards I bought, my family was so excited and even had company. I had to return empty handed and disappointed because the wifi is down. Last time they put whipped topping on all 4 drinks i asked for none. I just wish there were some kind of consequences for screwing up peoples day like this.
