Taco Bell

Awful experience. Took 20 min in the drive thru. After getting home. Found a hair ball/lint in the bottom of 1 of the drinks. Will not be returning until I see reviews get better or I hear it is getting better again. Seems like these fast food places are no longer fast, quality is poor, and service is just bad. I believe all this is due to poor management. Lack of good leadership.

Frustrating to say the least. There have been numerous times where we’ve either doordashed or attempted to pick up breakfast before the breakfast time ends, only to order and be turned away because breakfast isn’t going on, or they are doing breakfast any longer. Obviously this seems to fall on management as they’re failing to make it more obvious (via the app, DoorDash, etc) and/or not ensuring they have proper supplies. Frustrating to say the least, and disappointing because I generally really enjoy their breakfast!

They always get my order wrong, never have what I want and never give me a fork to eat my fiesta potatoes. Had a sign for nocho fries. They are no longer selling them and had an attitude when I asked for them. I will not be going to the Fremont taco bell ever again. I only went for nacho fries through drive thru and had to wait behind 3 cars for 20 min for nothing. Take your signs down if you discontinue an item. That's false advertising

Came thru to get food and the manager Martin was very rude and wouldn't take any orders saying they were closed at 11:45 pm . I was in the drive thru and they were clearly open and online says they were open until 2am! I called to put in a complaint and to talk to the general manager and was told he can't give out the managers name for me as a customer to get ahold of to file a complaint. Worst customer service every in my life. The night shift manager at taco Bell shouldn't be a manager he was immature and rude about everything!!
