Kansha Creamery

The BEST ice cream place EVER. It is so creamy, very fresh, and super delicious. Honestly, I can never finish two scoops of ice cream at Jeni’s or Salt and Straw without feeling super nauseous because the ice cream can get really heavy, but that wasn’t the case with Kansha ice cream. I highly recommend getting the Matcha AND the Mr. Universal. Parking was easy, and I can’t wait to be back and try the other flavors and get a pint of the Matcha and Mr. Universal!

OMG!!! Why I only know this place now. If i can rate 12/10, I will. The Kuro Goma (black sesame) ice cream is the best I have ever had. This flavor is seasonal, please try it before the store no longer have it. The staff is so friendly and helpful. Thank you for the wonderful ice cream and customer service.

This place has the best ice cream! My favorites here are the Mr Universal and the Black Sesame. If you like good ice cream, then this is the place to try. They have seasonal flavors and can run out early in the day if you come too late. The matcha parfait is also really delicious if you want to try something different.

I feel like the Kansha "godfather!" As the former Landlord, I took a flyer on Elaine and James. Their entrepreneurial spirit reminded me of Shinsengumi Yakitori, who I had leased space to before their eventual success. Through hard work, smart marketing and placing people before $$$, the quality of the ice cream validates the spirit of "kansha"/"thankfulness" in a simple cup of delicious ice cream!

Freshly made ice cream with just the right amount of sugar. Their Matcha is unbeatable and their vanilla is full of milky goodness. Usually only 5 favors available, changing daily. Friendly service, comfortable small indoor seating area and a bench outside. Tuesday Ice Cream specials, two scoops for the price of one. Closed on Wednesdays and Sundays. Closes early when they sell out.

Ice cream is my favorite dessert, and I am extremely selective with the ice cream I consume. For those of you who, like me, appreciate extremely smooth and creamery ice cream with unique, Asian-inspired flavors, Kansha Creamery is the best spot in the South Bay to visit. The unique flavors are always extremely well balanced. I liken the experience of eating Kansha’s frozen delights to smelling a perfume with top, middle, and base notes. They donate a portion of each purchase (75 cents I think??) to a charity. The founders and staff are extremely welcoming and friendly. Make sure to follow their Instagram page and visit the shop as early as possible because they are a small batch creamery and sell out really fast.

Got there at 7:30pm and they only had vanilla and vanilla with gingerbread. Had vanilla (creamy) before but not the gingerbread. The friendly girl at the offered me a taste...creamy with bits of gingerbread cookie...yummy! Update 7/1/2021- Kansha's got honey peach ice cream with tiny bits of peaches-- so peachy and good!!!
