Whether the regular tonkotsu or tsukemen, their ramen comes with delicious broth and flavorful slices of pork that disappear fast because I finish them so fast. The spot is a little hard to get to because it's not immediately obvious from the street, and not a lot of parking spots, but definitely worth it as one of the better ramen shops in the area. One of my favorites.

A relatively new competitor on the south bay ramen scene. Some of the best quality ingredients and execution you'll find in the us. It's not hipster fusion like ippudo, it's just absolutely great food.

Quite delicious Ramen. Not really that spicy if you get the medium. If you want very spicy, I recommend ordering number 3 which is their spiciest level. The chasu slices are relatively thin. So if you're a meat lover you can go for more than 6 cuts of chasu.

Not bad. Not amazing.
Had the spicy tonkotsu level 2 spice level. I added corn, butter, egg and 4 extra slices of chashu. I should have bumped up to spice level 3 or 4 as level 2 just had a spicy flavor and not actual heat. Still pretty good flavor with a bit too much sodium. The noodles were thin. The egg was cooked to a dry yolk consistency. The slices of chashu were thinly sliced. It melted in the broth and in your mouth.
Overall it's not bad, we didn't have to wait compared to a long line for some of the other ramen spots nearby. Service was quick and kind. Being as my friend lives close by, I'll be back to try some other offerings in hopes of finding something delicious.

Excellent eggs and ChaSiu! It would have earned a five stars from me if the soup was served hot. Because the soup was barely warm, the fatty chasiu pork solidified and it looked like lard. The interior could use a makeover.

Expect a wait if you're coming at a popular time, but it's worth it! I love ordering the takoyaki and the spicy tsukemen (dipping ramen) here. While it's a bit on the pricey side, you can't really find a better ramen place in CA.

Decent noodles with a passable tonkotsu. Have tried a few bowls here but nothing stands out. Service has ranged from friendly to distracted. Tsukamen does not include soup wari at the end, which is a pretty standard part of the experience at most shops. Really can't recommend this when there are so many good shops in the area.

The exterior is very unassuming but it actually serves pretty good quality ramen. The tonkotsu broth was flavorful, the teppan style gyoza was juicy and crispy. Deep fried gyoza was very good according to the friend that ordered it.
