This has never been a very good or clean location, but when you need something quick, the brand recognition goes a long way. However, today I had one of the worst examples of blatant dismissal I've ever had at a place of service. This location started to keep their big gulp cups behind the counter due to the pandemic and they continue to do so to this day. I walked in and had to wait for the employee to walk back to the counter from wherever he was hiding. He then said that the soda machine wasn't working. I told him that I just wanted ice (I normally buy a drink separately from the cooler). Either way, you still have to pay for the cup, so it's not like I was asking for something for free. He repeated that the drink machine was not working. I asked him if that included the ice and he repeated himself again. I walked over and pushed the ice lever and, lo and behold, ice came out. I told him that the ice was working and that I would like a cup and he completely ignored me. He put his arm on the microwave and turned away dismissively. This was a squat, overweight man with a five-o-clock shadow. Frankly, he looked unwashed and I really didn't want him touching my cup, anyway. (Update: I see several people have had a problem with this guy. It's the same guy a Yelp reviewer, Susan, took a picture of.) Instead of begging to be a customer, I just left. I didn't check to see if the drinks were working because I just wanted ice, but they were probably working too. I'm very reluctant to pull the race card, but I fail to see what else it could have been in this situation. That man had no reason to refuse me service and lie about their functioning soda machine so that he wouldn't have to serve me. He's a pretty swarthy fellow himself, but I guess region and nationality figure into it as well. This is not the first time that I've had bad service here, but it was the first time that they were so blatant about it where there was no other explanation. I was literally the only potential customer in the place and the guy wasn't busy with anything else. So, yeah, this is a location I probably won't visit again unless there are no other options and I really want/need something quick. Like I said, the place has never been the cleanest, but if you're getting pre-packaged items, it's not as bad. I would advise anyone who wants a clean place and nice service or who wants to stand in solidarity to stay away. (I've included the photo that another reviewer took of the problem employee.)

The owner, manager, staff *all are Arabic/Asian male, NEVER wears masks here. They even don't understand what's 7 reward points, then can't understand the difference of redeeming & saving. I have just got yelled by staff that I can't redeeming, I said I don't redeem, just save mine, but he yelled me very rudely again and again NO! TRY IF YOU WANT! . Then he threw his checker machine to the table, made a big violent sound. I was the only customer here. He is a Big Arabic/Asian male staff, be aware. Sometimes there are female staff, they are all nice of course they wear masks all the time, but I don't see them recently. On top of that, when there are female staff, every kinds of coffee is ready at any time, Pizza slice tastes good. However, when there are only male staff, coffee is usually run out except for regular like tonight, & Pizza is from the day before. Don't eat, not worth paying. They requires customers to wear mask, but THEIRSELVES NEVER WEAR IT. So I yelled back at this rude stuff to wear your mask, but I know that he never cares. Doors are always closed even though the owner stated here that it should be opened at any time. Who wanna buy coffee or light snack here again? No. Bring female staff back here. I will escalate this incident with correct address to the headquater. They're against the law & violating customers.

i love this 7/11. Singh is amazing. i go in there all the time, not even to purchase anything, but just to say hi to him. You can tell he does his best to ensure every customer is helped, and has a positive experience when they enter that store. He is very knowledgeable about literally everything 7/11 because when needed, he'll cover shifts at other locations. i know all this cuz i live across the street and go there literally everyday, he's such a hard worker, even tho its not the ideal job, he makes the best out of it, and makes each customer feels welcomed, and thats priceless in an employee. idk whos gonna read this, but if any of his bosses read this, GIVE THIS MAN A RAISE, or just let him own that 7/11, because trust me, he will do it justice. your awesome Singh :) Sincerely "Hi Friend" <3

It’s not a bad 7/11 cashier is real cool dude the only thing I don’t like is that sometimes this homeless dude comes and it’s not the one that is usually there but a African American dude with dreads always yelling threats and spitting if you don’t give him money. Makes it hard to go there with my son.

Rude customer service at night went back in the next morning 8:30am and the store was filthy, just wanted coffee ahnd the only cups they said they had was Small & Medium. Coffee was cold. I left out to get my phone to start a review, went back in to take a few pictures that's when I noticed the owner started making fresh coffee.
