Domino's Pizza

Emilio (manager) and Rafael were on duty tonite. They made a batch of garlic twist for my sons order. As they were boxing it up, it fell on the floor. And he tried to hand it to my son as if the food hadn’t touched the floor. I am so disgusted by this and you should be too. Two employees witnessed the incident and both didn’t say anything. Had my son not seen it happen. He wouldn’t have known. They went to the back and made him a new order. Highly disappointed in this location and it’s practices.

Placed order online. 58 minutes later went to check (hour waits are common so I wasn’t too worried). Was still in prep stage on tracker. Called store just to double check. After staying on hold for 10 minutes, drove to store since it is close. Was still on hold walking in and they wanted to take my order. Looked mine up and still hadn’t been made and said they had one driver and I was still pretty far down the list to be made. All it takes is a phone call to let us know. Or to answer the phone.

Placed an online order and almost right away it saidbmy order was being prepared, but when i get there about 30 mintues later i am told my order would be ready and an hour. I understand if they are busy but why would i be told that me order was started when it clearly wasn't, my guess is to make their times seem better than they actually are. on top of that the app or website dont give you an option to canel your order so i call to try to canel and of course no one answers. This is the first time ive run into this problem at any dominos. Safe to say i wont be returning. When i try to rate my experince on the dominos app it doesnt allow me to send them feedback

Ordered a pizza at 6:35pm on Friday 5/14, at 8:10pm I still did not receive anything. Once I called, I spoke to someone who was rude and told me to call back tomorrow to speak to a manager and that I couldn't receive a refund. I called once again and asked who I was speaking to, the person ignored my question a few times. When I asked to whom I was speaking to for about the third time he spoke to me in Spanish thinking I wouldn't understand. So I asked in Spanish and finally got my answer. His name is Edgar and I asked him to process my refund because I no longer wanted my order. I do hope he indeed process my refund, if not I will be calling back in two days. Probably one of the worst customer service interactions I've had so far with Domino's.
