The door was locked at 8:45 while online it says they close at 9:30. There were people in there who weren’t black who were let in but we weren’t. We were let in by a security guard instead. When we entered the employee rudely told us that all sundaes and milkshakes can not be made. She had a bad attitude and as soon as we left she proceeded to get on here phone and record videos. The male cashier was nice but the lady not so much.

I ordered a cake for my son. I left a deposit. I came to pick up the cake and the place was cold for remodeling. I was not notified. I was extremely upset considering the fact that I take my sons for ice cream almost every week. I came back a week later. I spoke to the manager. She apologized and returned my deposit. She gave me a free cake for my son which I was not expecting. This is why I updated my review. I went in expecting to just get my deposit back and never return to this location. The manager went beyond my expectation and she kept her customers :)

Me and my husband showed up at 830pm on Jan. 7, 2018 and purchased 2 quarts of chocolate chip ice cream and drove home which is 1 block away and my husband opened his ice-cream and took a spoonful and he said its melted the whole container was melted. We took it back and the girl took the ice cream we said was melted and put it back in the freezer that is not working and we know that because the other lady said I don't think the freezer work because all of them are melted. We didn't want the money just wanted ice-cream so we asked for the ice cream in the glass Instead of already packed she said no you have to pay the difference. That's not fair if your product is bad you should compensate your customer but because u wanted an extra $6 u lost $15 and got a horrible reveiw.. don't buy ice cream if u return it they put it back in the freezer ... that could be spoiled ice-cream.
