Farmer Boys

This is my first time ever! And I can't believe it took me this long to try Farmer Boys. First Impression, the cashiers/staff are very welcoming and friendly. They were about to close the door for the night, but let us in anyway with no complaints. So accommodating. The food: Burgers and fries were delicious and juicy! Fresh and seasoned well. The fries was tasty.

I WILL NEVER give FARMER BOYS my business AGAIN. The ONLY reason I'm giving this location 1 star is because the food is good. THAT'S IT..... but my experience here has been horrible. Multiple times I've ordered over the phone and I always requested no onions on anything because I'm allergic to onions. On multiple occasions I have to drive back to this location to have them correct and remake my food. Customer service at times has been questionable of proper training or even common sense. I've Been given the wrong food before because there was very unorganized. The last thing I wanna touch on is and the final straw is I know that covid has put business in a position to raise prices to stay in business, but it's insane how much they hiked up to prices. I ordered a meal, The sandwiche I ordered is currently $8.49 with medium fries and drink. My total came up to $16.06........ I'll just leave it there. I'm done.

2 burgers and zucchini fries $29.00. Feel like I overpaid by $20.00...I asked for everything on a natural burger with no cheese. The Burger was slapped together hanging off of the bun, the bun was burnt, the meat was terribly overcooked and there was absolutely no taste or eye appeal....and I'm not a picky guy who will usually eat anything I don't have to chase. Perhaps the location has something to do with this bad experience as farmer Boys in Riverside a favorite has always delivered pretty good food. I will never go back to this one unless end of days arrives.

Ordered lunch over the phone for 4 people. Received a call the order was ready pickup. Got there and was told they were still working on it...huh? brought it back to the office, ordered a chocolate shake, got a cookie and cream shake, ordered it with whipped cream, got charged for it but there was no whipped cream. Ordered a salad ordered extra bbq and ranch, got charged for it, no extra dressing in the bag. Now for the big one.. We were handed the bag and told to have a good day. We asked him if he was going t o charge us...he had no clue. I don't blame the clerk, I blame the management who is training these people. When we got back to office we called to advise them, we were on hold for at least 10 minutes. I doubt we will be back anytime soon

My husband and always get the 4 piece fish platter and it is so delicious. We like the big onion rings along with the salad and, sometimes, they put a few fries on the platter. We tried it once with the fried zucchini and I loved it. The servers are always friendly and accommodating, plus I get a senior discount. The only thing I don’t like is, for the amount of money we pay, it does not come with a drink…tsk, tsk. Other than that, it’s all good.

Wow! First visit. The cashier guided me on what to order. EXPENSIVE, but worth the money. A burger alone cost me $9 and a combo costs another $6 The burger was huge, and good! Messy, buy good!!! No indoor dining, no outdoor dining, NO DINING AT ALL! They've removed the seats from their outdoor patio.
