Buffalo Wild Wings

Well.. seemed clean, until we were sat at a dirty table. The server hand brushed the seats off because there was food left from the last table. Sitting at our "freshly cleaned" table we notice all the picture frames had been touched with greasy fingers. Something you think would be cleaned especially after being closed for over a month. You can do better BWW.

Although the food took quite a while to arrive and we all got it at separate times, my friends and I enjoyed ourselves due to there being football games and basketball games being projected all around us. The food was great, a little salty, but overall very good. A nice experience, especially since it was a last second decision, furthermore it was late at night so I was not expected their best.

We had a party of 5. The food was okay. Some of the wings had zero flavoring on them. To top that off, one entree was served, 10 minutes later, 2 more entrees were served, then another 5 minutes later, our last two entrees were served. . At 50% capacity, I would expect the serving of the entrees to be closer together. I have never ever eaten anywhere that couldn't serve all the entrees within a couple of minutes of each other.

Yesterday I placed a order for delivery the promise time was 1 hour and half after I place the order (9:51) called at 9:50 the DoorDasher had not arrived to pick up the food. I didn’t receive my food until 10:40pm. When I received my order my Buffalo wings literally had no sauce when I contacted the store I was basically told they were supposed to look that way although I know they weren’t (my boyfriend orders the same wings every time so we know what they are supposed to look like) I was told that although the promise time was 9:51 the door dash doesn’t arrived until then... if the promise time is 9:51 shouldn’t a driver be dispatched ahead of time so that I receive my order at the promise time? 🤔 I was told I could come pick up fresh wings but if I wanted to pick up I would have done so in the first place also it was almost 11pm at night. A refund was issued for the wings but we will no longer be ordering from this location due to the fact I didn’t appreciate the excuses that were given for why it took 3 hours for my order to be delivered and also how my complaint was handled.

Great service, in the cocktail section. (Bartender served us at a table .) We ordered 15 wings and cheddar wedges. They brought us a few extra wings as a few were small. This was done without asking and with the order off the bat! Now that is good customer service. Food was hot and delicious. Well done all the way around!!!
