Bar Louie - Firewheel Town Center

First time visiting a Bar Louie ever. Brought my wife and daughter for an early dinner during 50% off burger day! Tuesdays by the way. Rafael was our server and he was awesome! Very informative with the menu and any and all specials they had at that time. With it being our first time, we had many questions and he had the patience and answers for all of them! Great guy! We never waited for anything from our drinks to our condiments. Great atmosphere, even for kids! Very inclusive! Great job Bar Louie and Rafael! We will definitely be back!!

My experience was a little different from most I ordered a drink and the bartender took a little long getting it to me by time I finished getting 3 drinks he paid for it. So the drinks I'd give 4 out 5 but the service was fantastic still worth checking out as a go to Friday or Saturday pregame night bar

We decided to stop here for Valentine’s Day last minute. As greeted, an extremely rude host (male) said that we couldn’t sit at that table cause it was reserved, even with no sign. We didn’t even get a response in because he kept going on about how busy they are and that they only had two servers and it’s crazy. We almost left, which is what I think his goal for us was.. but, I wanted an impossible burger. So we went to the bar. The bartender was so sweet and great, and kept calm in the chaos. She was the only bartender for a busy restaurant and bar top. The apple drink was AMAZING and they gave me extra apple chips. I can’t even begin to explain how amazing this impossible burger was y’all…. 10/10 cook. Came out super quick and hot as well! Overall a good experience besides the rude host or busboy. Would definitely suggest hiring another bartender for holidays, especially a holiday where everyone goes on a date. Give your cook a raise and the bartender!!

Wow, we wanted to go to Bar Louie many times, but we went to another restaurant. Today, we went there.. it was not good AT ALL. I had a sweet chicken sandwich and it was awful. It was crazy spice or something, maybe the deep fryer oil. The fries had the same taste. But it was not good, hopefully tonight or tomorrow I will give you the verdict… lol will post after..

The staff there truly try to connect with their clientele, to the point that I have been given both hugs and fist bumps. They do truly care about the food and drinks the serve you, and as quickly as possible try to resolve any issues. This became my personal neighborhood bar after only 1 visit. A bit short staffed with covid at times, but the atmosphere makes it worth a bit of of wait.

Been hearing nothing but good about this place for a long time and finally got the chance to check it out. Very inviting and professional staff. Decor was really nice and facility was extremely clean. Bartender knew what she was doing and food was all spot on. Best part of my visit was when check came and total was way less than had expected and for the experience we had and service received its gonna be hard to beat. Thank you Bar Louie and see yall again soon.

We were a group of 5. We were just going to have some drinks and we were basically told they couldn’t serve us due to them being understaffed. I don’t think that’s the way to talk to customers or to turn around customers. We were fine waiting, we understand, but the way that the manager(I believe it was the manager) came at us was not right. 2 stars for getting a free drink though. Won’t be coming back.
