Wingstop

I ordered the Hot Honey wings today and they were terrible. Earlier this week I ordered some by my job and they were the best flavor I've ever had. Crispy and saucy...well today they were soggy and undercooked. This is the second time they've screwed up my order. The last time my wings were hard and overcooked. I couldn't even bite into them. Wingstop isn't cheap and I don't live close by so it's a waste of my money when the food isn't good.

Had a 15 piece boneless and large cheese fries. The fries are really good and the cheese doesn't really taste like the canned crap. Wings ARE slightly over cooked and are hard to bite into. The boneless taste like bad chicken nuggets. Flavors and dipping cups are the winners at Wing Stop. I've had better food at other locations for sure.

I called and made my order, was told it would take 15-18min. I arrived 10 minutes later & payed for my food. After waiting another 15 minutes after paying, I went to the register to ask what's taking so long, she just snarled at me saying, "You have to wait." Horrible customer service. Turns out they lost my ticket and wanted me to wait another 10 minutes for them to cook my food. I wouldn't of minded waiting but they made me feel like it was my fault they lost my order, giving me an attitude for asking about my order after waiting almost 30 minutes; I just got a refund and took my business elsewhere. Worst Wingstop ever! Definitely will contact corporate, management has to change and handle their employees attitude.
