Golden Chick

Guy had a bad attitude in the drive thru. That container of mashed potatoes is supposed to be family sized and it's half filled. Y'all charge like $5 for this. The scant dusting on the chicken is supposed to be their spicy chicken. Never again. Don't bother coming here. Money is better spent elsewhere.

So! I order from Uber Eats from this location. My EXTRA half dozen rolls arrive flat like a pancake and cooked crisp like a flat bread pizza. I called the store asked to speak with a supervisor, and "TONY" (probably a fake name) stated there is no supervisor in duty. But immediately starts deflecting about the issue. I said, all I need you to due is acknowledge the issue and offer to make this right! I am so fed up with ordering apps, and damaged customer service. But they never own up. This location always messes up royally and are equally rude daily! Subbed a side for my drink, no extra side, and shorted the actual roll that comes with my order! 🤦

So disappointed on this location! First of all the drive through took forever, there was about 9 cars in front of us and some got out because of the wait and then there was 5 more behind us, but because we were around the area we decided to stay. Their customer service was okay, it slacks a bit on the customer service! Food was horrible! I got the chicken salad sandwich, which the bread was hard as a rock! I ordered mashed potatoes and the gave me nothing but gravy and NO mash. And the chicken was just not good. I had to throw my meal away. And how to go back for them to take about 30-40min ! Definitely not coming back ! they were running short on some supplies like cups and straws which was no biggy that’s understood.

I waited in the drive through line for 35 minutes from the beginning to the time I drove away with my food!! After 15 minutes it had turned into a stand off to see how long it was going to take. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!! 35 minutes! 😡 This place has always been slow but never this long! 😤 The last time, before this, I placed an order for curbside pick up thinking it would be faster than waiting in line plus I didn’t want to get out of the truck. When I got there and parked in their designated “curbside pick up” area the sign said to call the number if they hadn’t brought it out in two minutes. So 5 minutes later I called and said I was waiting for my order. They told me they were too busy to bring it out and I’d have to come inside to get it. I was furious!! I told the manager if I had wanted to come inside I wouldn’t have ordered it for CURBSIDE PICK UP!! And told him if they’re not going to have it to take the option off their D-MN website!!! 🤬🤬

Avoid this location if you can! I got almost no gravy with my meal, my drink is all syrup, my tenders were half the size of other locations, and to top it all off they gave me ketchup packets that are all covered in what looks like some kind of mold! This meal cost me almost $30 and is inedible! The quality absolutely doesn’t match the price!

I had ordered a huge family meal. As well sweet tea. We didn’t get any sauces for the fries.I tried calling.. no answer of course. The tea was unsweetened and I went all the way back to the drive thru in the rain. The same lady tried giving me a large tea? Then another rude a—s lady shakes it up in front of me where it was spilling. Rude and definitely unprofessional at best. I can’t say enough about how wrong I was treated. Of course the next gallon was nasty. I’m never going back. Ridiculous how people treat others.

Omg bad bad bad….can’t imagine it’s my one of favorite joint for a quick munch…This particular place at Lavon Dr.yuck so unhygienic the guy was chewing chicken and packing my food my order was a big order of $53 and he messed it all like I ordered wings wid Parmesan cheese boneless and he gave me fried chicken wings cold and the taste was soo old and jalapeño poppers were deserted dry…Plz dnt never go there…..can we imagine the signature Roast chicken was over by 8..And the guy at counter didn’t even give us the receipt of the food……SO MUCH I WASTED MY TIME AND MONEY…..

This Golden chick by far the worst I have ever went to. We ordered a Nashville chicken sandwich and a Golden roast chicken. I understand that the sandwiches take time but to wait for 45 minutes for my food was unacceptable. By the time I received my food my lunch was over . I wasn’t the only customer that had a long wait time. Lisa (employee) didn’t remember our order that’s how long the wait was , she needed to see my receipt and still gave me the wrong order. I am aware the work field is short staffed but to be rude and unprofessional at work says a lot about her. If I could give ZERO stars I promise I would.
