I'm giving this place a 1 star review simply for the incompetent staff working there. I went to this location to redeem my rewards and whatever reason the QR code wouldn't scan from my phone. I redeem the reward 2 seconds before stepping into the store. Since they were unable to scan the reward the lady asked for my phone number. She pulls up the reward with my number and states that I just recently redeem the reward I explained to her of course because I literally JUST redeem it before walking into the store . She goes on to cause me of trying to use the code twice in one day. I explain to her that isn't what happened and asked her to just use the numbers at the bottom of the QR code. I finally walk out and say nevermind forget it I don't want it. I return to my car and notice there is literally a 15mins timer on the code and return to show them but they are conveniently closed. Pics below for proof I took screenshots for proof and will call the corporate office simply because the way I was treated during this process.
