Whataburger

Just don't. I'll include photos of my order and what we got. Most of mine has gone to my dog. I added ketchup to try to help and nah...didn't. Never again with this location Even made a mobile order thinking maybe this time they would get it right..made to order right? That's why it takes a bit. We all know that I don't know what is with this location, but they simply don't care. Order number 2021231

Waited in the empty drive thru for nearly 10 minutes before order was taken, another 15 minutes before we got our burger and chicken strips. Employees (including manager) were just standing around laughing. I encourage people to love their job and have fun, but goodness you have to actually get the job done promptly too. The food was warm and tasty but not as hot as you'd expect considering the wait

It's always a problem with my order at this location. You never get what you order. I requested hot fresh fries, I received fries that tasted like they dipped in grease again and now there dark. Paid for cheese on chicken sandwich and received none. If there was a 0 I would give it to this location.

Waited 40 mins for some chicken strips and they forgot my bread, fries are a small (got a large), and even got the wrong drink didn’t check till i got home. This place owes me 3 free meals from messing up my orders a couple of times but haven’t come to pick them up because they turn it into a whole deal. Been going to other ones. Go to the one on rowlett or the one further down the road. They don’t take long dont mess up your order and don’t have an attitude. This place though has gone downhill and just keeps getting worse

Can anyone understand customer service anymore? We eat whataburger at least 10 times a month and this morning was no different. When you hand a cashier a coupon with your payment method, they should use the coupon and then charge you, but the new guy didn't, he called his manager over Virginia Trevino to help. Yes I'm using her full name since she is the total issue at this location. Don't care if your guy is new, you aren't and you should know better. Instead of voiding the charge she said to give the coupon value back in cash. I don't know about your preference but I ask her to just put it back on the card, she argued with me to the point where I just wanted a complete refund since she is likely to now spit in my food. She kept my card and I stayed in the drive thru lane for 20 minutes without food, while I called corporate office. If corporate doesn't fire her or demote her than you the public need to know to stay away from this location to have a better experience with Whataburger.

Honestly the worst whataburger I’ve ever been to and the list of things that are bad is unimaginable. First of all the wait of the drive-thru is extremely long ( I’ve waited one 45 minutes) and when I placed my order, the lady was disrespectful and didn’t pay attention to our order. Second of all when we got our food I’s was plain horrible, the fries were cold,soggy and tasted bad and the burgers we got? They meat was raw and the cheese wasn’t even melted. It’s amazing that this restaurant is still open..
