Subway

Great sub shop. Moderately priced with middle ground sandwiches. It's a nice go to when your in a hurry. I have recently tried the salad options and found myself leaning that way more so. The staff is top notch courteous peompt and friendly. I would like to mention this staff was particularly tolerant of an abusive customer demanding strange things and who nearly made my military sheepdog bite come out to defend these hard working individuals.

Workers have no idea how to run this place, I live 5 mins from here and we frequently get sandwiches from here, never seen a manager, ladies working there have no respect for hygiene and time. At times they just throw stuff on your sandwich that you might as well throw in garbage and other times someone new will take FOR EVER to make a sandwich and you might be spending an hour or so before you get your sandwich. My experience today was terrible as there was only one person working, no doubt she took her time and my turn being third customer was after 35 minuets and got my sandwich after another 10 minutes. At the end when I asked for my receipt she had no paper in machine and she wrote a # on paper to call for her manager. Customer behind me got rude as I was wasting their time by asking for a receipt for my order. I sincerely hope that someone take responsibility and FIX this place hygiene wise as well as customer service wise. Unfortunately I don’t have a choice to go anywhere else as any other subway will be further drive away.

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. I've been to a few of the local competing Subways and I can tell why there was no one here and should have took the initial hint. I assumed because of the location traffic would be slow, but after the experience, there is more than location working against this establishment. I felt rushed even though there were only 2 people in the store, including myself. The lady preparing my sandwich was stingy with the vegetables and I think I ate bread with a touch of lettuce for lunch today. Besides the sandwich being underwhelming, when I arrived at the register, the lady laughed and asked if I wanted cookies too. I'm an obviously overweight person and never receive insults of that nature, so I was very taken back and replied that I did not want cookies. After checking out, I proceeded to fill the cup I purchased with something to drink, only to be highly disappointed again. I attempted to have tea, which is what I typically drink when I visit Subway, but the containers had obviously not been cleaned in quite some time, considering it tasted old and moldy. I poured it out, rinsed the cup with water and attempted Dr. Pepper as a second choice. I put a lid on the cup and assumed all would be fine, but right before leaving, I took a drink and I was glad that I did because it wasn't right. I then attempted Coca Cola as a third choice and was no longer surprised to find that it wasn't right either. I told them the CO2 must be off and the two ladies working replied at different times that the machine was new and they just had the CO2 replaced, so that couldn't be it. I told one of the ladies that the calibration must be off because both sodas did not taste right. She then replied, well it was just replaced, so it's right. At this point, lunch break was over and I was pissed and will never return to this location. I left and stated as I walked away that this location sucks! I feel very compelled to write this review so that Subway can adjust the way this location is managed. I don't see long term sustainability or profit here in these conditions. According to the slough of other reviews, I do not stand alone with my opinion.

Awful service. There were 3 people behind the counter and I got stuck with Anne. First she waved me off when I tried to tell her what kind of bread I wanted for my 2nd sandwich and said "hold on" in an aggressive tone, followed by "I'm having a really bad day". So while she was making my sandwich she was hunched over ON HER ELBOWS with her nasty disheveled shirt all up on my sandwich. After she put the veggies on she went into a coughing fit right before halfway closing my sandwich that looked like a truck backed over it. Hey, at least they had tomatoes this time. I love subway, but I'd rather have a different store make my sandwiches. I walked out unsatisfied. Never to return. So gross.

I just witnessed one of yall employees(short heavy set caucasian woman)not washing their hands after using the restroom. I was waiting to enter the restroom but she was in there and came out pretty quick after flushing the toilet. I went in right after her and the sink wasnt wet at all. Even when I went to wash my hands I noticed one of the handles leaked. That wasnt even wet prior to me washing my hands. They need to do better! Thats very unsanitary and yall dealing with people food.
