Mcdonald's

Been waiting in line for 20 minutes. Only 4 cars ahead. Not sure why they are so slow unless someone ordered something big; either have them just go inside or have them wait at the pill in pickup. Been here twice and have always waited so long, probably understaffed. Just got our food and it tastes terrible, fries are stale. Thought we were waiting for something fresh. Will never come back, waste of time and money.

Zack took my order and was SO polite. You normally get people who sound monotone or seem unhappy. Zack had a great attitude, was kind, and so very polite. Lots of "yes ma'am and thank you ma'am." His upbeat attitude and politeness should be praised. It's a small detail, but makes such a difference. Especially if the person ordering wasn't having a pleasant day. Great employees bring in loyal customers. My food was alright, and the soda was watered down. But not a big deal! Just wanted to compliment good customer service.

The night I went in was about 8 o'clock on a Friday and there was no customers waiting inside. The service was there was fast and food was hot when ready. It appeared like there were 3 or 4 employees working at the time. While waiting for the food I noticed that to that some of the tables were dirty and we're dirty and not wiped off which was surprising considering there was no customers inside. I did notice some of the tables had electrical plugs to charge on connect electronics too.

(this review includes ongoing patterns observed over multiple visits thru 2021, currently Fall 2021) Slow, rarely anyone responds to customers at checkout (I've seen more than a few customers on different visits walk out with no service) noisy (this location seems to be deaf/mindless to the constant beep/alarms), wifi (not working properly). Not the cleanest location. (update to picture: I was at location for a while - table was vacant when I arrived and during entire visit. Just before I was about to leave, an employee went to that table and used their arm/sleeve to push ketchup packets and dirt away them sat down. When they went back to work, table is still dirty. Way to go 'not my job' society)

One of the worst McDonald’s ever. Every time I visit this McDonald’s I encounter a problem or have a long wait just for something as simple as fries. If they worried more about the accuracy of their orders instead of their drive thru timer, they would have better service. McFlurry I received was horrific, I got a big cup of ice cream with cookies crumbles on top. Waste of money!

This is consistently the worst McDonalds. I wait a few years and give it another try and I always have a bad experience. Today I waited for 30 minutes for 2 happy meals and 3 ice creams. Totally ridiculous. I was ignored at the counter by a minimum of 3 employees before someone helped me and NO ONE even apologized or explained.
