Sonic Drive-in

Our Grub Hub driver waited over 30 minutes for a very simple order. Popcorn poppers were cold. They left off a whole combo meal and two pretzels. These items were in writing. All you had to do was read the ticket. There was nothing complicated. It’s unfortunate because we like Sonic, but this location needs some work as this is not the first time we’ve been disappointed by them.

Ordered The corn dog meal along with a footling chilli cheese dog, asked if I could get onions, mustard & sweet relish on my dog as well. The order taker said sure I can, My order was brought out to my car, I paid for it & even tipped the young man $10. Drive home to realize I didn't get my corn dog, the footling didn't add the onions, mustard or relish!

Waited almost 30 minutes for 1 combo meal, tried to press button to let them know I wanted to cancel but never answered. Finally someone came out with my order. I didn't even say anything at that point just wanted to get back to work after spending my whole break waiting for my food. Didn't even get a chance to enjoy it. What a shame.

Food is the worst. Service too... Every time I come here it's one problem or another. Never the kind of service I get at other Sonic stores. Last time was 2 packs of ketchup for 5 burgers and a large fries. This time it's been over 10 minutes at the window and counting. This time the bag had my burger with one napkin, no ketchup, and no mint. It took the carhop 5 minutes to bring me ketchup..... Horrible service

If you don't know sonic drive-in then you should probably get to do so therapy do so there are pretty good fast food place to eat that brings back a little more than astology of the fifties and sixties The parking lot was clean the menu boards were bright and in good repair the food came out fairly quickly and it was done the way I asked I was called sir it's older sir and they they were nice people so they get a pretty decent score now the only problem is most of these people that work there are young people they don't quite got it figured out yet but I'm an old guy and I expect that so that's why they got the score they got overall.
