The store itself could use more work but i really like that new girl Amanda.
She's kind, fast and seems to really know what she's doing.
Honestly always hope she's the one working when I come in, she always nails it.
Even though this subway was out of many things last time i visited she was still pleasant, its refreshing.

Made an online order and the website said it would be done at 6:35. I show up at 6:40 to find the door locked and two employees inside. I call to let them know I had an online order and they told me to get a refund. Website said the food was ready, but they never even started making it. Website said the place should have been open until 9:30.Didn't even get a call to tell me my order wouldn't be made despite the website asking for your number for updates for your order. No apology from them. Never come to this Subway.

This subway is so poorly operated. I don't know if it's the Owner or the management team that's at fault, but someone doesn't know how to run a business. First red flag: The few times I have ordered from this location I've noticed a "due to supply chain issues customers cant get extra toppings" sign. This is not a supply chain issue when the subway on Broadway and Colonel 2 miles up the road has no issues with stocking product. Quit blaming your poor management skills on "supply chain issues". Second red flag: The most recent time I went to this location I walked in and was immediately told "we're out of Turkey, Ham, Chicken, and Tuna" from the two emplyees sitting in the booth opposite the ordering counter. I just turned around and walked out. Its fine though, I just decided not to go to this location anymore and go to the Store on Broadway and Colonel. I've told them how terrible this location is and they always respond "Oh we know, we hear stories all the time."

Stopped by around 6:30 with my son and the girl ( Lexie) that took our order was very rude. I asked for cheddar cheese on my sandwich not knowing they didn't have it and I asked why she said because we don't with an attitude. So I was explained to her that the only reason I was asking was because another Subway said they didn't have it either. Again with her attitude she ask corporate.

I called and a girl named Amanda picked up the phone.
I asked what time they closed and she said 9:30.
I arrive at 9:12 and the door is locked, and the open sign was still lit up.
Waste of time and gas.

I ordered on the app and the food was good no complaints about the quality of the sandwiches but when we got there, the door was locked. It was 4:30pm on a Saturday?!? The lady finally opened the door for me and said she was working on my order but she locked the door again. I asked her why the door was locked and she said because they are closed. The store hours read they would close at 9pm. I’m very confused. Please update the business hours.

Food is great you just have to make sure that you’re reminding the workers of what toppings you want and don’t want they’re not good at paying attention.

Worst experience,NEVER AGAIN .I ordered online ,picked up carry out order headed home to realize they messed up my order .Came back and they're system was down they didnt even remake my order for the inconvenience of having to drive back .DO NOT RECOMMEND .AVOID COMING HERE YOU WILL WASTE YOUR TIME .
