Dallas Chicken

Some bad reviews by other users but I have to say I was pleasantly surprised by this little hole-in-the-wall type place. Ordered the 3 piece chicken tenders combo with fries, everything was served fresh hot and perfectly crispy. Yes it took a few minutes longer than say McDonald's or KFC for the order to be served but how else can a small restaurant provide good quality hot freshly cooked food? I will definitely be back next time I'm in the neighborhood!

Zero customer service, zero menu knowledge. Employees at this establishment need to be trained on how to speak to customers. I had phoned in a take out order. Given the wrong pizza, then argued with rudely without any offer of correcting the order or an apology for receiving the wrong order. When the owner is present things are correct. But other employees couldn't care less about the customers.

This place has always had issue with staff. They are lost of what the food they are selling is... I ordered a large pizza he made me wait 45 minutes then gave me a medium, charged me for a large!! Gets better I opened the box to see the pizza and it had absolutely no cheese and you could say no sauce as it was dried up!! Tried to give them a chance but they can't get it right.... I am done giving them chances as there food is average with horrendous customer service

100 out of 10. I walked in and was immediately greeted by a young entrepreneur named Joe. He took my order quickly and with flawless execution reminding me to get my number 9 spicy as it's 🔥. The wait was okay 5-10 minutes and Joe flew from the kitchen, food still streaming hot. He delivered it to our table, handing my combo over while asking if I would like any condiments with my food. I declined while he placed a napkin in my hand and stepped away with a bow into the kitchen. As I devoured my chicken strip sandwich with jalapenos and magic sauce I looked up to see Joe, at the counter standing with a huge smile on his face and pride in his eyes. Knowing that he was the source of the satisfaction of another hungry customer. I cleaned up after myself and refilled my drink and Joe came out from the kitchen once more and shook my hand excitedly and thanked me for dining at the establishment. I left feeling like a million shmeckles. Whoever he is Joe definitely deserves some kind of raise. 10 out of 10 would return for Joe and his amazing chicken sandwiches.
