Domino's Pizza

This dominoes location is the absolute worst we have ever used. We have given them chances to improve but tonight was the last straw. Ordered online for a delivery (usually they dont even have enough drivers to do that, but it was an option so we thought we would try again). The arrival time was estimated at around 40 minutes. At about 40 minutes the tracker finally went to "quality check" then it sat there for 20 more minutes. So we finally called the store and were told that no more deliveries would be going out for another hour to an hour and a half!!! What a joke! Do not use this location unless you enjoy waiting and possibly never getting your food.

Ordered online. Gave a time. Arrived on time. I was charged then told it would be a minute. I noticed they were just starting the pizza. I asked and yes, they had misplaced my order. The reason I ordered online was so I did to wait. It took some time to get my credit slip as they had problems getting anything done. They were not that busy. Stay away from this location!!!!

I was given a cold, hours old, half eaten pizza. I write mostly positive reviews. Most of the time, a bad experience is something that's a one time or some extenuating circumstance. This was not the case with Dominos. I ordered on the app on Tuesday 6/22 at 640pm for pickup at 7pm.  I saw him glance at the pizzas and didn't check myself since he looked. When I got home and opened the box (see image below), this pepperoni pizza was half gone and one of the pieces had been nibbled. I immediately drove back with the entire order. We were also missing one of the 4 we ordered. The manager was somewhat ok about it but didn't apologize and blamed the label maker?? Label issues do not result in a half eaten, hours old pizza in my order. I believe this may have been a snack pizza for the staff... but the fact that it was in an area where it could be given to a customer means they were possibly eating in the food prep area. The pizza had to be in the food prep area and not in a breakroom. They seem to have been eating the pizza in the area... or else they gave me someones rejected half eaten order. The other possibility is that i somehow got a pizza that was sent back?? Either way... That's just wrong and unsanitary. The manager did refund the money and remade 3 of the 4 pizzas. However, it was an hour after pickup once I got home with the correct order. The boneless chicken and the first pizza were cold. It was also almost 8pm and the kids had already eaten something else. :( Orders get messed up. That's fine. But receiving a used and eaten pizza is not acceptable. I question the sanitization and safe food handling procedures for this store.

Worst Dominoes by far. Worth it to just drive the extra miles to the Sunnyvale location. We ordered pizza on the app at 5:04pm (nothing crazy, just 2 medium pepperoni pizzas), and my boyfriend got to the store at 5:30 to pick-up. Was told it would be another 10 minutes, as they hadn’t even started on them. There were several people there frustrated because they had been there for over an hour waiting for their pizzas. He did not walk out with the pizzas until 5:54. 50 minutes for 2 medium pizzas is ridiculous.

Manager Megan has the worst customer service ever. I ordered pizza and it was delivered to the neighbors. I called to fix it and they didn’t say sorry just said “do you still want it” she was rude on the phone so I decided to just cancel so then she said I get 4 free pizzas in the future. Usually dominoes is great customer service but now with Megan as the manager. Worst experience and I won’t be back

Ordered at 8:20pm it said 45-50 mins for 6 wings and bread bites. I waited until 9:55pm they hadn’t even started my order. The worker going to say “well you can’t cancel it since it’s being put in the oven we have to deliver it”. I asked to speak with a manager she was RUDE! Her name was Nikki if I ever want dominos I’ll drive to another location in my area.

First off the delivery driver was amazing. The food however was cold and we ordered, and paid for, double chicken on our pizza. Take a look at the picture I uploaded...does that look like double chicken to you? Its not even a regular order of chicken. The pizza was also warm at best. According to the tracker it sat for 20 min being quality checked before being sent out for delivery.
