The young man that took the order could not hear me at the drive through, so he had me drive to the window. There I gave him 3 orders. 2 of the orders had chili's on it. I told the guy they both had chili's and then had to say twice I wasn't taking the fries, which he acknowledged was wrong. Then he gave the wrong size chili. After the poor service, I just took it left. Now I understand why no one had driven up for several minutes.

I always recieve great customer service the superior in the morning will always go over and above to make client want to come back. He is a great manager with the staff, very caring. U Can not find that anymore out there in retail. I have been in retail all my adult life I know when a company needs to keep an employee like that. Cat

Tables were dirty. We got there just before 9, sign says they close done-in at 10, and the girl at the counter was yelling for them to lock the dining room doors. The new girl, it was her 2nd day, did a great job clarifying my order with me before she made my order (she was putting the burgers together). My French Fries we’re not “Hot & Crispy”. I didn’t dare order a frosty, I had 2 sad kids because of that too. I’m not sure where the manager was, but all that I saw were kids and I feel like we’re letting them “call the shots” anymore. Id give 3.5 stars if it would let me. Will not be back to this location.

I am picking up an uber order. They asked me to wait, inside is closed. I have called 12 times nonstop and only just now has anyone picked up the phone to help me because I was told I would need to wait 25 minutes for the first order, and I picked up a second order in the app so trying to avoid waiting a total of 50 minutes I was trying to call and let them know about the second order, so they could prepare it and bring it out with the order that I was originally picking up. If someone's calling that persistently, at the very least pick up and figure out why they're trying so hard to reach the store.
