Amazing venue with hard working staff. The cope really well with the amount of walk in they had. Including bar staff, chefs. The food was delicious. Presentation was amazing. I had the Pork Belly which was rich and crispy and done to superb. I was very impressed with Geelong. I look forward to coming back.

👌🏻 Well I don't know where to start, 💯% the best meal I've had in a very long time, the service was 2nd to none, very friendly & happy staff😁
last wk I was in looking for somewhere different to take my family for tea and found THE BARKING DOG on Google, I'm so glad we went the the whole family enjoyed the well priced & generous sized meals.
I believe I've found our new regular restaurant to visit 5starts around A+

Naomi, Veronica and I had a wonderful night at The Barking Dog Hotel. I want to give a special mention to Michael, Jenna, David and all the staff for their wonderful, friendly service, nothing was an effort. The food was outstanding, the atmosphere was warm and inviting and the karaoke was the best I’ve been to. We had so much fun. We will be making this a regular night out. Great to listen to live music Sunday afternoon whilst having a few drinks, we stayed on to eat dinner, l had a schnitzel which was cooked to perfection. The atmosphere was nice l recommend coming here if your in the area.

Very noisy but people were having a nice time. They had music and I was comfortable. If you like a glass or two and music it seems like a nice place.

cool space: choice of seating in the dining room, pub area, or 'mad bar' beer patio. decent drink selection, with a great specials menu. Food was good but took a while; it was a full house mid service on a saturday though, so I should have thought to order an appetiser. All up, it's a great venue and one of my go-to watering holes on Pako.

Great night out, live music and a bit of karaoke when you get board. Nice vibe, clean and a nice bistro. The staff are ridiculously nice 👌

A few months ago we used to go to Barking dog all the time. We went just today and it seems like management has changed. Menus have changed. We payed $16 for 5 pieces of squid. They neglected cutlery, napkins and water- they were more concerned about having a chat and setting the band up rather than their customers. We are never coming back. I wanted to take my wife out for a date and I feel so dissatisfied and disappointed. Bloody terrible service
