wanted post here too: I always liked being served Yash, he is so lovely to talk to, you feel like talking to a friend because how lovely it is to talk to him, and I was surprised that he remembered my order, which for me is above and beyond customer service I was so touched. we need more people like him in this world, that little bit extra kindness can make someone's day.

I ordered chicken strips ，they gave me steaks，I ordered pickles, they gave me tomato sauce ，I can’t understand. I’m not angry I’m in pain because I’m on a diet , I can only eat the chicken sandwich, the other sandwiches are too high in calories for me. I can only eat half the beef sandwich, or I'll be eating too many calories, but I can't get enough for half of it. The sandwich was completely wasted. I couldn't eat a bite. I was in great pain.💔💔💔💔💔💔💔💔💔💔💔

I work in Westfield so subway is generally my go to for a cheap and healthy lunch. Keep in mind I never make reviews for stores but working in food I’m fully aware of what good customer service looks like I couldn’t just leave this I had to make a review. There’s a worker here that I’m pretty sure goes by the name Jerraint that will absolutely blow you away when it comes to customer service, he’s clear when he talks, bubbly, ALWAYS asks how your days been and has incredible manners. If I had my own food store or restaurant I would hire this guy in seconds no worries of a lie!! Keep up the good work dude!
