Love this little escape. Food is awesome, and waiters are friendly. Only place I know of in George with fresh salads 🥗. Can wait a while for service in peak hours, but relax and enjoy, it's worth it. Bonus, there is smoking area!

Kids‘ (and thus parents‘) paradise! Wonderful cafe with a great playground for the kids right next to it. Super friendly staff and good food and coffee! Amazing place!

Absolutely loved everything about the Pottery. I could sit there all day and not notice a minute go by. Its got a good vibe to it, and I will definitely go again

Best atmosphere of any restaurant in George. Great cosy vibe to get together. We love to come here for their Thursday night pizza special. I just find their service to be bit slower than expected, particularly when they are busy.

Really amazing staff, always so friendly and accommodating. Manager is alert and kind, and always makes a plan for anything she needs to accommodate customers. Owners are kind and responsive too, very good establishment. As their motto says, there are “good vibes only”.

Best chicken wrap I’ve ever had. It took a while but was worth the wait, which was maybe on account of there being quite a few families with kids on the last day of the school holidays. The restaurant is clearly popular with parents of kids, there’s a very cool looking, safe play area. But with plenty of more private spaces as well, it appears to be a decent spot to have an excellent coffee and cake or a more substantial meal while working remotely. I’ll definitely return.

Great coffee and they also have an extensive menu. Lovely family venue for kiddies & fur-babies with lotsa activities. Great food and you can get the tastiest pizza in town for a very good price! They have a great vibe and kind, helpful staff!

Very fun activity to do while waiting for your food and chatting about!🙏🏻 just do not go when it is busy, then the paint may be used up or you wait super long just for 1 milkshake - even though you have asked 4 different waiters🙈.
I went 3 weeks later when it was not too busy and they are definitely short staffed. Had to wait a lot for service and for the bill. But the crafting was once again fun and their Avo and Ciabatta is amazing😍
